As instalações estão acima do padrão para o dinheiro, com piscina e ginásio disponíveis se você precisar delas.A comida é boa com excelente serviço.E a estes custos, a minha lista é a melhor de volta."

"If you are traveling over the summer months please note that this hotel do not have air condition and it is very hot inside the room. There is no specification on the website so please make a note of it when booking. When we arrived on a hot day, we went inside the room, the black out curtain was drawn so the room is very dark during the day, and the fan is on tried to cool down the room. we decided to leave and did not stay the night. The hotel refused to refund and after we contacted our agent a few times stating the unlivable temperature in the room, the hotel finally said they will refund 15 GBP to us !!!"

Warbrook House Heritage Hotel

"Upon check in, the receptionist was rather blunt and kept sighing at me whenever I spoke. Check in took much longer than I would have expected, especially as I had paid online. The room seemed fairly nice upon first view. Closer inspection showed it to be not as nice as I first believed. The toilet didn’t flush properly, took a bit of an arm workout to make it actually work! The bathroom lighting means that as soon as you pull the curtain across the shower, you’re left in the dark. Housekeeping let themselves into my room (stayed 2 nights) at 9am on a Saturday morning. They were not amused when I told them I didn’t need any housekeeping done, I had another night to stay. They were quite rude, didn’t seem to think they were disturbing anyone? Only some of the lights worked in the room. I spoke to reception about this issue and I was told “we can assess the situation after your check out” The toilet paper in the room felt like something from the 1990s. Could be worth investing in a better brand of paper products. The price of the food put me off even trying it. There is no way any food can cost so much! Actual daylight robbery! I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"...delightful landlord and lady and very pleasant staff. If you enjoy a very traditional English pub with excellent basic food and very adequate accommodation at a fair price, I recommend staying here. This must be wonderful in the summer as the gardens and outside seating area are extensive."
