Eu tive uma estadia maravilhosa! O atendimento ao cliente foi excelente, o quarto estava impecável e a localização era perfeita. Eu estava hesitante em gastar tanto em um quarto de hotel, embora estivesse em Oahu por apenas 22 horas, mas estou muito feliz por ter feito isso. Me senti em casa, e a cama e o chuveiro valeram muuuito a pena!

O quarto estava um pouco limpo, havia manchas no tapete. As janelas estavam sujas. As camas eram baixas e duras, não muito confortáveis. Ótima localização!!!

O hotel tem um preço acessível com ambiente simples e limpo. O quarto parece novo e arrumado, o que me faz escolher para minhas quatro noites de estadia. Mais importante ainda, eles oferecem uma taxa de estacionamento barata em comparação com outros hotéis em Waikiki. Há duas garrafas de água a serem fornecidas todos os dias e você pode resgatar gratuitamente na recepção, o que é apreciado, você também pode pegar a água para reabastecer no lobby. Microondas também é fornecido em cada quarto.

Os quartos que reservei ficavam do 4º ao 17º andar, então solicitei um andar superior ao fazer a reserva. Quando cheguei, o hotel me deu o 6º andar, mas o pessoal me disse que o quarto que reservei era um quarto padrão, então eles não podiam me dar um andar mais alto. Quando mostrei a confirmação da reserva, o pessoal da recepção disse que não era possível porque o quarto que eu tinha reservado era um quarto standard. Paguei o suficiente pelo quarto que queria, mas não consegui o quarto que queria. Se eu viajar para o Havaí novamente, ficarei em um hotel no centro da cidade.

Very kind staff, parking very convenient , great location. Nice swimming pool and balcony. Only thing to change is the matress which is a bit too hard.

Our recent stay at Hilton Vacation Club The Modern Honolulu was a blend of highs and lows, with its strengths balanced by a few notable drawbacks. Situated in a reasonably good location and boasting cleanliness throughout, the hotel offered convenience and comfort in many aspects with a great pool and bar area including a separate adults pool. However, certain factors detracted from the overall experience, leaving us with mixed feelings about our time there. Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location, while not directly in the heart of the city hub, offered a decent compromise between convenience and tranquility. Close proximity to Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon provided easy access to beach activities and waterfront relaxation, adding a touch of serenity to our stay. Additionally, we found the hotel to be impeccably clean, with well-maintained facilities and a commitment to hygiene that was commendable. Despite these strengths, there were some notable downsides to our experience. The most significant inconvenience was the walking distance to the main city hub, which required a 15-20 minute walk to reach popular attractions, dining establishments, and shopping venues. While not a dealbreaker, this added a layer of logistical planning to our daily activities and limited spontaneity. Another issue that significantly impacted our stay was the persistent noise from the elevator. Unfortunately, our room was located close to the elevator, resulting in constant disturbances throughout the day and night. The loud mechanical noises disrupted our sleep and detracted from the overall ambiance of relaxation that we had hoped for. In summary, Hilton Vacation Club The Modern Honolulu offered a mix of positives and negatives during our stay. While the hotel's cleanliness and proximity to Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon were definite highlights, the walking distance from the city hub, the disruptive elevator noise, and having to pay for hotel parking detracted from the overall experience.

This is my daughter(5) and my favorite staycation spot for the last few years. The pool is wonderful, very relaxing and fun. The location is great for those who want to shop and dine at the Ala Moana Center. As we live on Oahu, Waikiki can be a bit too busy so if you are those who want to stay off of Waikiki, this is great as it’s at the edge of Waikiki, right by Ala Moana! We also enjoyed the free lei making with friends we made at the pool too.

The room is clean and nice with balcony, room size also quite comfortable . Staff can be a bit more friendly.

Got an upgrade to the ocean front suite which was absolutely gorgeous! Loved the location as well- near the duke’s beach and far away from the noise of Waikiki, but still accessible by foot. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this hotel!
