Excellent location if you want to visit Ocean Park HK! Hotel is situated right next to OP and MTR OP station. Very friendly and helpful staff, special praise to Alexander at the luggage storage desk- great smiles and v caring to guests. Room is v clean and amenities provided are good!

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong is a perfect accommodation for families like us who want to stay in tranquil location with stunning view of the sea and mountain right in front of your window. Their room was very spacious, modern and well maintained. The hotel also provides complete amenities for both adults and kids. The hotel also provides superb service, from the welcome greeting to surprise birthday goodies for our child. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Our hotel stay at the Arca was quite satisfactory. The room was quite big and there were three comfortable beds. The toilet is also very spacious and large, and allows for two shower rooms inside. The design of the room was quite smart, all in all. The location was okay, easily visible from the nearest station. The service was also very good, they even offered us a complimentary cake for my wife’s birthday as well as three complimentary drinks as an apology for the slightly delayed check-in. All in all, great hotel!

Like the spacious room & the window design that allows sunlight to come in during morning time. The room has become quite dusty after staying for 5 nights… perhaps housekeeping can clean the headboard as well. Happy with all other things… just note that there are quite some student tours from the north around the year given the larger no of rooms in this hotel. Always full house!

Good location for me as I run errand there. Near to bus stop and airport bus A10 is 5mins walk. There's a MacDonald and a few convenient stores and supermarket around. Quick check-in with a deposit of HKD500. There's a lift under maintenance so there's a queue to go upstairs. Room is basic but clean. My room is directly opposite the lift so there's a little noise. Overall, value for money.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. However if you are not heading to cyberport then the location may be out of the way. Shuttle to Hong Kong station available.

Location is a bit far but the room is spacious with lots of room. The room is spotless and the service is great.

My hotel experience was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with a stunning view. The staff were courteous and helpful, making me feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is of walking distance from Wong Chuk Hang MTR. The receptionist is polite and allocate a room on 12/F after paying a deposit of hk$2500 for a 5 nights stay( $500/night). The room is clean but a little noisy due to heavy traffic on the main road. Check out is quick and I had made use of the luggage storage for an hour or 2 before requesting a taxi ride to my next destination.

What I like most about the hotel is that it is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the subway station and a large shopping mall. It is conveniently located. It has a shared space, a public kitchen, a small fitness room and a free laundry room. The only drawback is that the front desk staff speaks too fast and in a high tone.
