It’s great that the facilities are good for kids! Specially The Explorers and swimming pool.

Thoughtfully designed hotel for kids. There are play areas everywhere. The room was clean and really comfortable. The TV was right in front of the bed and they allowed airplay with apple, chrome and android devices. I wish they had bath salt to accompany the bathtub and more choices for breakfast buffet.
Went for a light lunch at their lounge, they have a nice selection of cocktails, wine and other liqueurs.
Would definitely come back for a swim in their pool and lie in the cabana.

Overall service was excellent. The senior staff/managers were very helpful & polite. Other staff seemed to lack experience. It is a new hotel so it's understandable.
Some facilities were under repair such as the pool so didn't get to see that. Gym was very comprehensive and open 24/7.
Jade the Chinese restaurant was fantastic. Food on point.
Satay Inn was very disappointing. Food here was far from authentic and was way too salty. Ended up leaving half the food.

Staff are helpful and nice; hotel is spacious and clean. Surroundings are calm with beautiful scenic. Books in the room are worthwhile to read with kids, they were educational. Kids friendly. Perfect for family stay.

The hotel is kids-friendly.
With Ocean Park next to it, I love the books that they have placed in our room. It was a good read for us.
The sea view is great! And the kid’s pool is suitable for my kids.
The breakfast at the lobby offers a variety of cuisine which we enjoyed much.
Overall, the stay was a delight & my kids are asking to go back again.
