O hotel é bom, não é tão caro, mas a piscina ainda não está aberta. Está tudo bem, espero que a piscina esteja aberta na próxima vez, vou reservar, obrigado.

Location good, near the tram station and surrounding by many restaurants. Got no problem with the market noise because i got a room in 10th floor 🫡

No water provided in the room, you have to buy a bottle at the reception which is $5/500ml bottle, the location is alright, there's a metro nearby. Rooms are decent

Pro - They provided us with a conversion plug, walkable distance from the subway station.
Cons- The room smelled musty, no circulation of air and the bathroom looked old and had some moldy patches on the grout by the bathtub. Not much in the area around the hotel.

The room is big enough for two but the hotel needs a bit of a facelift and they room key access need an upgrade.
North Point MRT is just around the corner and the morning wet market is right in front of the hotel. Amazingly they cleaned up well after the morning frenzy.
You will be surprised Victoria Harbor is so close if you walk towards the sea side.

Check in was a bit bad A receptionist called Amy Lai? Not sure if its correct doesn't want me to checked in first she said wait for the other guest in the booking I told her that they are still in the flight and she said gave back my IF. Told her so I have to wait until 11pm to check in? I was there at 5pm😂 I was so annoyed she was bery rude. In the end I told her I have their passport pictures she can look and check so she let me checked in after. I also saw her once in the lift and she didn't evem acknolowledge as or say a simple hello to the guest of their hotel. I am from hospitalitly industry before as well so I know that is not a proper way to interact with guest. Other than that other staff are very polite and have good customer service experience.
