iclub To Kwa Wan Hotel

I really enjoyed my holiday, I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, liked the calm atmosphere, not noisy.

Located on the Kwan Wan near the old airport, facilities where reasonable apart from the air conditioning was slight cold and there was no chair in the room..

Good location very near to MRT station. Very friendly staff.

The booking in wait was quite long and we waited for 4 hours whilst everyone was booked in ahead of us and even waiting in line and people called behind us and got their hotel room within 2 minutes whilst we we had to wait for another 45 minutes. I changed to another lady and got us a hotel room eventually which was good. The room was booked more than 3 days before so I don't understand the recent change in service with the change in staff.

Rooms cleaned , staffs are very helpful. Location is not far from tourist attraction ,and easy to find bus and MRT. We stay for 3nights they service water 3bottles everyday.

Not much to expect from a small hotel, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Pls note if you book a room with big bed, it would be two single beds putting together and there’s no table nor chair. Everything is clean and hygienic.

It was very cold at night as it is central air-conditioning. You cannot shut down the air-conditioning as the room control cannot turn it off. The only way is to ask for an additional blanket. The room service is not clearly indicated on the telephone set, even the woman on the front desk at night services couldn't tell the room guests how to operate, she just asked the guests to follow instructions at room but actually there is none of the guide found. Only the front desk on day services can tell to dial '0' to call room service. It was ridiculous! The so called family room is only adding one narrow bed slided out from another bed on the top when it is needed at night.

Location of hotel is very near To Kwa Wan MTR station . Quite convenient . Accessible to airport by taking A22 bus .Will stay again if I visit Hong Kong
