Only the cleaning is a bit worse, others are fine. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Great location for transportation like tram and Bus.

Great location... no comments on service as didn't need any. The space is great but the furniture is just a little bit worn out. Overall still worth recommending for the price and strategic location.

This hotel is clean n tidy but a little bit old.the staff is polite .however,it’s not near to the mtr station.u need to wAlk for about 8/10mins.totally,it’s good to stay

Average hotel but location is really good, convenient to the convenience store and the tram and 5 mins walk to the MTR. Things you need in a hotel is basically all there. But there are mosquitoes in the room, towels by the bed is dirty and can be seen clearly, room phone doesn’t work, plugs is a bit too little and and door lock seems a bit old (can’t lock properly).

I was upgraded a room when I arrived. It was in a good location near the metro. Many restaurants around. For the price you can’t beat it.

Very good location with tram station right in front of hotel, and Wanchai MTR Station within walking distance. Spacious room and large washroom. I had stayed at this hotel a few times and will definitely go back again if the price is right.

The hotel staff was effecient and the room is clean (they tidy the room everyday even if you don’t ask them to). The location is nice coz it’s near Jolibee 😍 and there are variety of restaurants around. It is also close to Wan Chai station (about 5 min walk), and just 4 stops towards the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal so it is very convenient if you want to visit Macau. The only thing that’s startling was their blaring alarm at 10AM! I was shocked coz I thought it was a fire alarm! They could just have knocked or called to remind me that I have to check out at 11AM. 😅
