Ótima localização, bom serviço de campainha, mas equipe de limpeza horrível. Na segunda noite depois de visitar a Disneylândia às 23h, encontramos algum tipo de pó de carvão e cabelo humano em nosso cobertor e travesseiros, depois dissemos à frente para pedir a substituição, mas o pessoal da limpeza não fez nada, eles apenas nos deram lençóis para substituir por nós mesmos (paguei 1670HKD/noite), fiquei tão chocado com a maneira como eles resolveram esse problema.

A nice hotel with very helpful staff. The hotel has upgraded our room to a twin double bed. And as requested, they have allocated us to a newly renovation room on the high floor. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Overall, it's a good choice for travelers seeking a central location and decent accommodation at a reasonable price.

I really like this hotel. It is very clean and they clean it everyday and replenish some supplies like tissue, water bottes and the towels. Super nice staff. We did enjoy our stay in this hotel though it is only 2 nights but for sure when we go back to HK, will definitely stay in this hotel again.
