Great location, nice bell service but horrible cleaning staff . The second night after I visited Disneyland at11pm we’ve found some kind of chacoal powder and human hair on our blanket and pillows, afterwards we told the front ask them for replacement but cleaning staff didn’t do anything ,they’re just give us bed sheets to replace by ourselves (i paid 1670HKD/night),i was so shocked by the way they fix this problem.

I really like this hotel. It is very clean and they clean it everyday and replenish some supplies like tissue, water bottes and the towels. Super nice staff. We did enjoy our stay in this hotel though it is only 2 nights but for sure when we go back to HK, will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Overall I had a pleasant stay here. Location is pretty near to the TST MTR and a lot of food nearby. Room is very clean and spacious. The housekeeping team is very prompt in cleaning the room everyday! The only downside is the toilet flush system is not very good. Probably need some upgrading. Other than that it’s almost perfect. Will consider staying here again.

Kimberly hotel location is very good, 5-8mins walking distance to MTR. Cafes and 7-11 just between the hotel. The best part is the cleaner change the bed sheets and will top up the toiletries and mineral water everyday. So recommended!

The staff at The Kimberley Hotel were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, but the decor felt a bit dated. The location was fantastic - there were many great restaurants nearby, and it was within walking distance of the MTR station. However, I was disappointed to learn that the sauna access required an additional fee, especially considering the price of my room. For that price point, I might have chosen a hotel with these amenities included. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the unexpected fees were a drawback.
