I was impressed by the hotel's location. Because it's easy to travel to Disney Park, in the afternoon when I started to get tired, my daughter and I were able to come back to the hotel and go back to the park again to see the fireworks. It’s really cool!!

Check-in and checkout are convenient. Their room is well maintained and has complete amenities. The room is huge and can fit 4pax comfortably. There’s a free shuttle bus from and to Disneyland Park, so transportation is not a problem.
Staff was very polite and attentive.

The air quality totally different from any resort in Hong Kong so great and refreshing the air and breeze near the ocean. Love every moment spent at the resort

Location is kind of far to theme park. But there is regular shuttle bus so still ok. Staff were helpful and house keeping team very polite as well. Very accommodating to our request. The only downside is the price is kind of high.

TRULY A MAGICAL PLACE! If you’re still thinking twice, take it as a sign that you should really book this hotel if you’re going to HongKong Disneyland! It makes the experience 100/10! Very accommodating and the hotel has this real fairytale vibe. It smells so good the moment you enter. You also have special lane for entering the park if you are a guest. Everyday, they replenish toiletries and they attend to all requests. Very welcoming and the indoor pool is heated too! I will definitely be back here with my family.

We booked the kingdom club room this time. The room was superb. We got to enjoy the kingdom club lounge. The services were excellent and staffs were all friendly and approachable. The chambermaids were so attentive to our needs and the room was very clean. definitely coming back for more magical and enchanting holidays!

I am very impressed with the Disneyland hotel service, all the staff are kind and smiling all the time. They will always wish you to have a magical day.
Check-in process is also very efficient since we couldn't be given a room because the check in time was still 3pm, we just left our luggage at the concierge and went to Disneyland Park, it is efficient because while you're in the park your room number will be sent to your email or mobile number once available. So after you enjoy the Disneyland park you can go straight to the hotel room, and your things/luggage are already there.
They also offer many complimentary activities, kids will definitely enjoy it! I will come back to this hotel and this time we will stay for 2 days so that we can enjoy the facilities of the hotel more.
