Upgraded to three beds room with disabled access, so it is spacious. Dehumidifier installed which is another plus. The checked in guy didn’t know well about the staying rules, also wrongly input my personal particulars. He just left the check in process to a senior lady when it is time to leave.

The hotel is next to MTR station, very convenient to travel to any other points in Hong Kong. It is also in the midst of many shopping centres, supermarkets, and PCR testing station. Extremely convenient. The cost is very economical. Teenagers and young travellers are only charged about HK$200 a day. It has a laundry room with 3 washing machines and 3 drying machines and 2 iron boards with 2 irons. It costs HK$30 for washing including washing detergent and HK$30 for drying. Breakfast is included. It is only a cup of coffee, a small apple, a small bun and a pack of crackers. There are gym facilities. Room service/cleaning takes place only once a week. This is an area where the hotel can improve for twice a week of cleaning. The hotel is very secured with security guards at all times with various entrances. I like the young people at the front desk. Overall, the hotel is superb with what I pay, ranging from about HK$350 to HK$480 a day for a twin bedroom.

Location is convenient near to bus,mtr station can stores, restaurants outside the hotel and i like ambiance so quite and relaxing. Can recommend to other friends

It's a youth hostel with no disposables like slippers or toothbrush. The room with balcony is breathtaking and relaxing. Microwave oven and steam oven are available for simple cooking and reheating.

Besides the cold weather when we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff at the reception. The room was clean & bright. Location is near Chai Wan MTR and a few shopping malls around it, where we can get food & some simple shoppings. CityBus A12 directly from the Airport makes traveling more economical and hassle-free.

Clean and modern interior. Nice and quiet room, with a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Amenities didn't include toothbrush or tea but had all the other commonly. Very spacious room for Hong Kong, and included free, unexpected, bread and coffee in the breakfast. Nice
