It's surprising they don't have a sign up anywhere on the 12th floor. You have to go right up to the door in the corner to see any sign that this room is the guesthouse. Strange.
The room is tiny, but can't expect much more in HK for a few hundred dollars. It has all you need for a good night's sleep. One night is definitely enough though.
Anyway, friendly lady running the place and the location is absolutely perfect for Kowloon West station.

優點：離九龍站近，步行通過地下通道順着指示牌就能到達，到站大概需要15分鐘左右。樓下有很多小店可以吃。可以寄存行李。
缺點：房間小，不過這個價格對應的也就是這個面積吧。有衞生間，卧室和衞生間具有窗户，均能通風。我住的房間熱水器我沒有打開，當時怕麻煩老闆，也沒有請教他怎麼開開。第二天打電話給老闆説了此事，老闆説沒壞，應該告訴他自己開不開，他會幫我。態度很不錯。被子有些潮，沒有一次性拖鞋。

房間很乾凈，整潔。面積雖然不大，這是大家都知道的。但地理位置超棒，我們從機場坐A22到柯士甸下車，走3、5分鐘就到了。我們到的比較晚，怕關門了就給房東打電話了讓他給我們預留房間。等我們到路口了，房東就在樓下給我們打招呼，很熱情。也很熱情介紹了熱水器、飲水機都可以用。第二天我們寄存了行李，自由行了一天。去西九龍坐高鐵回大陸，去高鐵站也很近，走過去10分鐘左右吧。這裏非常方便，推薦小夥伴入住！

地理位置挺好，出站5分鐘即到。附近小吃很多。房間大小也是香港主流水平，收拾的挺乾淨。老闆人也不錯，雖然是12點退房，但是我搞遲了，13：30才退也沒有説什麼。適合背包客短期居住。

花灑漏水，滴滴答答，老闆早就知道怎麼不修一下呢？塑料盆準備的妥妥的！比較吵，特別是凌晨炸街車。樓下小餐館倒挺多，地鐵交通方便。
