Bom hotel, mas funcionários não tão prestativos. Perto da estação Fortress Hill, o que torna a localização muito conveniente.

Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Apreciado por ser atribuído em andar superior. O quarto está arrumado, mas apenas algumas poeiras e cabelos foram encontrados no quarto.

Free breakfast is not enough time and food.
Every time to refill breads are only eight pieces, and 1/3 jar of juice. It's not enough to share customers. For one family need to have four and eight when 2 pieces per person. It makes so many argue for customers in need
Suggest one glass of drink put in the room, even no plastic distill drinks offered.
Coffee bar's always out of services, lacj of water and clean up shown.
Others services so far so good

I stayed at this hotel before Covid 19. I read some bad review. Quite hesitated. Love the Location as it is within walking from the MTR stn Exit A. There is also a Direct bus A11 to the Airport. Hotel staff is friendly. Cleanliness is within my expectation. Free coffee/tea + Bread provided before 10am daily. Highly recommended

We had a long day traveling,We were tired but happy to be in Hong Kong.We our hotel the I club Fortress Hill, upon booking the staff were friendly and courtious and attended to our needs. The room was cleaned daily.The room is small but its cozy. This room was a soft place to land after a fantastic day in Hong Kong.

I love the view from my windows. Room is not too small, still have more space for baggage. What I don’t like is too much mirrors in the room. Overall good experience. Recommend!

This hotel have a kinda strategic location, theres 24/7 store nearby and restaurants in Fortress hill area. Even though they dont provide any breakfast, but they have a pantry with complimentary tea/coffee on the lobby
