Alltybrain Farm Cottages and B&B

We were a group of seven who opted to stay at this beautiful place owned by Rose and her husband. Three of us stayed at the main lodge and four stayed at the self catering lodge for 2nights in October 2022. What a lovely place to stay at and only about a 20minutes drive to the popular Pen Y Fan and Corn Du peaks. We also ventured out to do the four falls hike before leaving Wales, this is a bit further from the lodge, about a 40minutes drive but well worth it. We had a clear blue sky on the day we tackled the two above peaks and on the second day, a clear mild day for the waterfalls. The curtain type fall is without doubt the best because you get to go behind the fall. Since it has been raining leading up to the day we visited, the waterfalls were really gushing out tremendous water, spectacular! All in all, I would definitely recommend this farmhouse lodge to anyone wishing to stay at a marvellous place and within close proximity to the Brecon Beacons park. Thank you Rose.

Stayed for three nights in the B&B. The house is well set back from the road with stunning views and is incredible peaceful . We enjoyed the room and superb breakfast but what really made our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts Patrick and Rose. We were lucky enough to be there as they were harvesting their honey and this made my stay even more memorable and genuinely special. Thankyou to answering my endless questions on Bee Keeping.
