This newly acquired lake home in the small, quintessential town of South Haven, MN is located on a dead-end road and boasts 360 feet of lakeshore, giving phenomenal views. As you drive down the road, you will have that “up north” or “woods of Wisconsin” feel, located just 1 hour west of the Twin Cities and 30 minutes south of St. Cloud. This lake home is also situated near several local area golf courses (Albion Ridges, Southbrook, Whispering Pines, and Kimball Golf Club just to name a few) as well as Powder Ridge Ski Area. This vacation rental is suitable for up to 12 guests and is ideal for couples and families. Inside: You will find 5 comfortable, well-decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, complete with a private jetted tub room. Upstairs contains a spacious kitchen that is well-stocked for preparing delicious meals and making memories. A gas grill is located on the front deck. The living room has beautiful water views and a gas stone fireplace. Each bedroom on this level has a king bed and lake views. The bathroom has a shower and separate jetted tub area. Your favorite room on the upper level will be the screen porch, which is perfect for relaxing or viewing the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. There are cards and games located in a cabinet under the kitchen counter facing the living room to play on a rainy day.
