We're located just 30 minutes from Portland on pristine Crystal Lake in Gray, Maine. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home features awesome views from all 3 stories. Unwind under the stars in the warm, soothing waters of our Hotspring hot tub, perfectly positioned to take in the lake's beauty and tranquility. The house also features a private dock with lounging chairs, lake front patio, Weber grill, fire pit and (2) kayaks. There is a Hannaford Supermarket just 5 minutes away! The house is (3) distinct levels. The main floor features spectacular views of the lake from the kitchen & living area and bathroom with custom tiled shower . There is a fully equipped kitchen and large island with seating for (6), (2) couches, (2) barrel chairs and 55 inch TV with Youtube TV, Amazon Prime & Netflix. The house features 400+ mbps Internet service & wi/fi.Going up from the main floor, you have the Master bedroom which features awesome lake views from the King bed, couch, leather reclining love seat (for 2) and 55 inch TV with Youtube TV, Amazon Prime & Netflix. Going down from the main floor, you have the Guest bedroom which features direct access to the lakefront patio with awesome lake views, a private bathroom with custom tiled shower, a Queen bed, couch and 55 inch TV with Youtube TV, Amazon Prime & Netflix. We provide everything you need (except food!) from a fully stocked kitchen, clean linens, towels, propane, shampoo, soap, washer/dryer and cleaning supplies!Crystal Lake also has a resident only beach, Wilkies Beach, that features a nice sandy beach and boat ramp. Crystal Lake is also one of the best fishing lakes in the area as it is annually stocked with brook trout and landlocked salmon from the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. These coldwater fish find good habitat in the lake’s cool and well-oxygenated deep waters. In winter, enjoy ice fishing and kids enjoy snow sledding on adjacent hill.The spaceAbout this spaceEdgewater Retreat is a beautiful 3 Bedroom (+ Loft), 2 Bath year round lakeside cottage on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine.It boasts a secluded beach and community owned (not public) water frontage in the heart of Maine's Sebago Lakes Region.The cottage is located about 30 mins from Portland and the Atlantic coastline. It is approximately an hour from Shawnee Peak, Mt. Abram, and Sunday River Ski areas, and about 40 minutes from Oxford Casino.Beds: 2 queen, 1 Full futon, 5 Twin Beds. WiFi, high speed internet and cable. 100 foot path to the beach through tall pines. 2 Bedroom and Bath downstairs. 1 Bedroom, sleep loft, and bath upstairs. Full washer/dryer in the laundry area. Edgewater is a Nonsmoking and No Pet property.A unique feature of Edgewater is our shared ownership of, and immediate adjacency to, 500 feet of sandy beach with gently sloping water entry.You have full access to everything at Edgewater Retreat; Beach, boat dock, paddlecraft, hammocks, indoor sauna, and a gas grill. There is a small uninhabited island about 400 yards offshore that some guests paddle to for picnics and offshore yoga.If you trailer your own boat, 18 foot or less, you may launch it on our beach (or the public launch across the lake) and secure it to our dock. There are no fueling stations on the lake, so be sure to top off prior to arrival and bring gas cans with you.Edgewater is equipped with smoke and CO detectors for everyone's safety. It is absolutely critical that these be left in place and not tampered with. If a detector is beeping or otherwise malfunctioning, contact us right away so that it can be fixed or replaced. DO NOT under any circumstance unplug or otherwise disable these detectors.THE SAUNA: Private, indoor, easily seats 4. Can seat 5-6. Finlandia radiant heat with loyly, s curve back rests, skylit, plush green robes, white noise machine, hinged bench folds up to create space for hot yoga. This custom built gem draws raves from sauna enthusiasts!The cottage has an automatic generator in the event storms knock out the power, so you will always be comfortable.Guest accessAccess is full to everything at EDGEWATER. Beach, boat dock, paddlecraft, hammocks, gas grill.If you trailer your own boat, 18 foot or less, you may launch it on our beach (or the public launch across the lake) and secure it to our dock.
