Farmhouse transformed into a spacious lake house. Four bedrooms and two full baths mean plenty of room for your family! The kitchen includes a breakfast area, and there is a three season porch for relaxing. The large deck is perfect for grilling (gas grill included) and enjoying the beautiful sunset. The deck has seating and your family can enjoy making S'Mores by the fire pit. This house is located directly across East Lake Road from our lake area. It is located on a 17 acre campground (Conesus Lake RV Park) that affords you the opportunity to use the playground, game room, camp store, additional laundry (washer and dryer are also in the house), and nature trails. Kayak, paddle boards, row boats, and a pontoon boat are available for rent at Conesus Lake Campground at 5609 East Lake Road. We own both campgrounds so you may use the indoor pool, playgrounds, and disc golf facilities at Conesus Lake Campground. An extensive nature trail connects both properties. Take a dip off the dock into the sandy-bottom waters (dock is in from mid-May to mid-October).
