Come stay in this comfortable Lodge in the heart of the canyon, between Craig & Cascade. The Lodge has a wrap-around deck that provides ample seating to enjoy the beautiful landscape. It's only a short walk to public access on Prewett Creek, the Missouri River, & Mountain Palace, making it a prime location for fishing, swimming & boating. It's adjacent to Missouri River Bar and Grill, Prewett Creek store and fly shop (has shuttles), & Prewett Creek RV Park. Holter Lake is a short distance, too!The home is recently built offering 3 bedrooms. The Lodge is well-furnished with an open floor plan and many modern touches. The master bathroom has a walk-in tile shower, views of the mountains, and double sinks. Very spa-like to help you unwind after a long day of fishing! The other tiled bathroom has a tub and a shower. Of the 3 separate bedrooms, one has a king, one a queen, and one with a full bed. A portable crib is also available if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, pots, dishes, flatware, bowls, serving pieces, and more. Keurig coffee maker with assorted coffees available. Washer and dryer in unit. A BBQ grill is outside the back door entrance for convenience. The Lodge is located on the second level of the home and is only accessible by stairs. There is a Studio located underneath on the first floor, so you may occasionally see other friendly travelers. As mentioned above, it is a new and well-insulated home, so there are no noise issues. The large deck overlooks the canyon with amazing views of the Missouri River and is wonderful for viewing the bighorn sheep who love to frequent the property.The entrance is on the side of the garage (labeled on the door). The garage is not included in the rental and Lodge parking is labeled in front of the garage bay door. Please be mindful of the well (a metal post). If you have a larger vehicle or boat/trailer, please park up on the grass to not block the RV Park. As you enter, please take advantage of the ample hallway that also acts as a mud room and is equipped with a bench, hooks for all of your outdoor gear, and boot tray for wet shoes. From there, just take the stairs up to the Lodge and make yourself at home! There is also a back door that can be utilized if fewer stairs are needed but you'll need to drive up to it (construction will remediate this eventually). Missouri River access via the Prewett Creek entrance is right nearby. It is also near Hardy Creek Bridge and within walking distance of the Missouri Inn Restaurant and Prewett Creek Fly Shop.Pets are more than welcome with an additional cleaning fee to keep the place sparkling clean. The new owners are currently the "Camp Hosts" of Prewett RV Park next door. They are located onsite in a 5th-wheel RV just behind the home and are more than happy to assist with anything you need upon arrival. Our riverfront lodge style facility is a fully licensed and insured Montana Tourist Home comprised of 2 units which are called the Main House and the Flatwater Bunkhouse, both of which are rented together. Daily maid service is included in all bookings! The Main House will comfortably lodge up to 10 anglers in 5 separate bedrooms along with 4 full bathrooms and the Bunkhouse will sleep up to 4 anglers with 1 full bathroom and kitchen facility. The Main House sits a fly cast away from the banks of the Missouri River where anglers can spend time fishing or rehashing their day on the water on our comfortable deck. The spacious Main House is two stories with just over 4,000 square feet equipped with high end furnishings and finishes throughout so the creature comforts for guests are plentiful. Dining facilities consist of a fully loaded kitchen with everything you need to perform your own high end meals. The dining area boasts a beautiful view of the river with entryway doors to the sizable deck allowing ease for outdoor dining. We have also added a 300 square foot river deck for cocktail hour and evening relax sessions. Cabin in the Heart of the Little Belt Mountains Monarch MontanaOur cabin is in an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. The cabin is located just South of Monarch, Montana. It is conveniently located just far enough off the highway to feel secluded yet close enough to make access very easy. Speaking of access, our cabin is a quick 20-minute drive to Showdown ski area, minutes from Blue Ribbon Trout fishing, 4 wheeling, snowmachining and of course hunting are just a few of the outdoor adventure possibilities literally at our doorstep. Our cabin is perfect for a couple of families or a group of outdoor minded people. And of course, your furry friends are welcome. The cabinThe cabin is 1500 square feet. For sleeping the cabin features a large master bedroom with a brand-new memory foam King mattress. The master bedroom has a walk-in classic that is just for guests as well as a dresser with empty drawers so you can feel comfortable with an extended stay. Just outside of the master bedroom is a large sleeping area featuring a queen bed and two twin beds. All the beds in the main sleeping area feature new premium mattresses. There is plenty of space to air up an additional air mattress and place it in the main sleeping area or in the oversized master bedroom. All the sleeping area is in the upstairs area of the cabin. Our kitchen is large and stocked with the basic amenities. Pots, pans, baking sheets, silverware, plates and drinking glasses and basic spices. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker, and of course a refrigerator with freezer. The dining area features a large dining table with room to seat 6 people. The living room features a brand-new couch and recliner, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the ski hill, or to rest your feet after a day of fishing or hunting. Or you can sit back and kick on a movie on our 65’’ tv. The cabin features Hi speed Wi-Fi, You Tube tv or feel free to log in and view your own streaming service. Cell service is minimal, but it is there. We recommend logging into the wi-fi to make your phone calls. A recently remodeled bathroom is also stocked up with plenty of bath towels and wash cloths, there’s nothing worse than not having enough towels for everyone visiting, but there’s nothing better than a hot shower after a day in the outdoors.The Property The property consists of 2 acres in a secluded mountain subdivision. This means the only traffic you will experience are the mule deer and turkeys that make a daily visit as they pass through the property. We have a fire pit that sits just outside the front door and overlooks the entire property. This is a perfect spot to BBQ or just take in the scenery. Speaking of scenery from the fire pit you can look across the valley at Belt Park the gateway into the Little Belt Mountains, or turn around, just behind our cabin are some of the best views in the area of beautiful rock formations that make this area so unique. Many years ago it was a prosperous ranch. We bought the farm 5 yrs ago and are slowly renovating and bringing it back to life. The Bunkhouse is the original 1950’s block house built for the ranch hands.
