A king size Serta Sleep Number mattress sits at the heart of the room, offering a personalized sleep setting for ultimate rest. Black out curtains ensure complete darkness for uninterrupted sleep and added privacy. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity with ample counter space, and a shower-tub combo. The guest bedroom has blackout curtains, matching Twin beds, and a 32" television. The second full bathroom is just a few shorts steps away from the guest room. Lounge on the private veranda in the shade of one of the Lowcountry's iconic Angel Oaks and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail under the soft patio lights. There are 4 camping chairs, a beach umbrella, (2) boogie boards, life jackets, and beach toys available for guest use. Lost/damage/unreturned items are subject to replacement fees.Most restaurants and shopping are within 2 miles or less. Guests are provided the basic essentials to begin their stay. This would include items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a selection of ground coffee with cream and sugars, and laundry detergent, just to name a few.There is a community pool available for guests SEASONALLY. Hours 8am-8pm Pool towels are provided. NO GLASS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Access to the pool requires a key FOB. Do not allow access to individuals who do not have a key FOB to enter. Cozy private getaway located on French Quarter Creek, within the Cooper River Watershed and adjacent to the Francis Marion National Forest. The cabin has been completely remodeled and is approximately 1,000 square feet with 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 4 singles in the bunk room) and 1 bathroom. The living room is loaded with windows and overlooks the backyard and French Quarter Creek. The cabin sits on almost an acre and is very private, being the last house on the road. The huge deck runs the width of the cabin and overlooks the creek. Off the beaten path, but close to everything. 10 minutes from Shipyard Park, 20 minutes from Mt Pleasant, 30 minutes from Daniel Island, and 45 minutes from downtown Charleston. There is a boat ramp on the property where you can launch your own boat, or paddle one of the kayaks we have on the property. You can fish right from the backyard, enjoy the fire pit and adirondack chairs, or just relax and enjoy the view. French Quarter Creek is fresh water, but tidal with 2 high tides and 2 low tides each day. Although beautiful, this is a blackwater creek with abundant wildlife including Alligators. We have a brand new 8ft fenced-in backyard to keep dogs(and kids) from running off. We supply toys, leashes, treats and bowls for your four-legged babies. There is a gas grill on the freshly-poured concrete patio .The kitchen is fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, stemware, Keurig and auto drip coffee pot, slow cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer and etc. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 . The neighborhood has sidewalks to walk your dogs. This home is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.(most of the drive is interstate). The beaches are approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It depends on traffic, the time of day and the beach you will be going to.We have 65-inch Smart 4K HDTV in den, with Blu-ray player; 40-inch Smart HDTV in master bedroom;32-inch LED TV in kids' bedroom with Blu-ray player. Of course, complimentary wi-fi is available. We also have plenty of reading material in our sunroom.
