Horrible experience. The hotel was nasty, the floors were so dirty, there were bed bugs, blood on the sheets, hair everywhere, and I couldn’t sleep.
There was an alarm that went off at 5am which is unpredictable but the staff were not helpful at all.
I asked for Lysol wipes that were behind the counter. They wouldn’t give me one, and the man said I was being rude and threw them in the trash.
Truly traumatic experience and I am waiting for a refund with the help of booking.
I don’t want any credits I just want my money back. I have bed bug bites everywhere and stranded now.

The service was excellent. All the people at the front desk and the shuttle driver, we’re very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre. I liked the location, because this hotel is on the end of a road and far from any highway, so I could sleep with out having to wear earplugs, as I have to do at a lot of the other hotels in the area.

The hotel is older but well kept. Friendly staff. The only negative is their complimentary shuttle from airport to hotel. They told us to call them when we had our luggage and we did. We waited 50 minutes, and by the time the shuttle arrived there were other people who just landed and were waiting for the shuttle also and we almost didn’t get on. They need to do a better job of picking up the passengers that came first and have been waiting.

Room had an off smell. Not bad, just differrent.
Showerhead spewed water all over the place. No vent in the bathroom, so room steamed up quickly. Split door for bathroom too.
No ice machine on my floor.
Breakfast was horrible.
Check-in lady was not friendly.

The gentleman at the front desk was honest and kept his word at accommodating my request for an early check in as it was playoff game time in the Florida area. Super busy, excellent job.

Definitely overprice based on the conditions. Property lacks proper maintenance, shower body has excessive limescale and bathroom has dark spots in ceiling. When I first opened the shower the water was spraying everywhere, from the top and bottom all at once, my husband used forced to shut off the bottom. Instead of being able to iron our clothes, the heater dropped water everywhere, which forced us to wear damp clothes and have it air dry on our bodies.
Teabags run out from the first day and could not be replaced even 4 days later? The hot water was dirty, from 2 different dispenser machines and 2 different kettles each time I poured there were stuff in the water, consider the people who drank coffee. Worst hotel stay ever.

This hotel was great! Besides our fridge and blow dryer not working it was a very nice stay. The rooms were so large as they were all "corner" units. This allowed a lot of space for even a crib to be placed in the corner, 3 suitcases, 3 backpacks and a car seat. The shower was good pressure and the pool was heated, which was fantastic for my toddler to swim in January. Their breakfast was the typical one you'd get with eggs, waffles etc and they had a great shuttle service to the airport. Cleveland was a great driver and helped us with our bags.
Overall, I would stay here again when we fly into FL.

The property itself appears to be dated. We stayed there about 20 years ago . Not too far to walk to places to eat.
