Front desk staff was not friendly (shouts, etc ) 😕 old & dirty romms. Dirty walls.
Only the breakfast maker lady was so friendly.

Three times people used an electronic key to come into my room while I was in the room. If i was not there, they would have moved right in. The doors do not have inside safety latches. I slept with the sofa against the door. Very disapponting. The staff was oblivious and just passed the buck.

This hotel is the worst. There are a lot of charges after you get to the hotel from Parking to 12% charge to use your debit card, etc. that are not part of the website and we were not aware of any of this when we booked the hotel. We didn't even check in at the hotel location, we had to go two blocks down. I tried to get a refund as we didn't stay at this hotel due to all the miscommunication and was told we could not have a refund due to the hotels policy. I have never used this site before and never will again. We will never use this hotel or site again. I felt this is a total scam of people and their hard earned money.

Staff was staring in the window at my girlfriend while sleeping. Just creepy
Horrible. Worst rooms I’ve had. Beds were dirty walls nasty furniture was broken. Door would not lock which made us even more uncomfortable

Nice stay, block from the beach, close to restaurants, clubs, etc. Plenty area to walk. Confortable bed, clean room and bathroom , ok breakfast, friendly staff.

For a place who was labeled pet friendly we had two great big Rottweilers who barked all night for the three nights we stayed there. we were told we could be the ones that moved after we stood in line for an hour just to complain about it and then we're told we could only have a 2 hour late checkout for the compensation. Check in was horrible seeing as that there's only two people behind a very small desk inside a convenience store that are checking in 22 of their hotels. They do not answer their phone. They want to charge you $20 for parking and there's only about six spaces for the entire place to park. Continental breakfast is not at your hotel you have to walk to one of their other hotel locations that looks like a shady closed rundown hotel. However their beds were comfortable and we were only 200 feet from the beach so those were the only two pluses
