The staff was really good asking for help and they were there right on the spot stayed there twice and I'll do it again the kitchens are really clean

My complaint is about the hotel only. It’s old and gross. Thankfully we only had to sleep and leave. Not a place I’d choose a second time.

We liked the pet policy and kitchen but wished they had some kitchen items like coffee pot , toaster, and a few cooking eating itinsels

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Noise from the highway was pretty significant. It also seems to be geared more towards people looking for medium/long term housing as opposed to short stays like a typical hotel.

The room was not clean or properly set up for our arrival. The floors were disgusting and there was no soap, and not enough towels. The refrigerator was turned off (not a huge deal). there were no batteries in the tv remote.
Altogether, not the best experience.
