The staff was great and very accommodating. The room was clean and the beds super comfortable. The continental breakfast was a great spread. I will definitely be looking forward to staying at this hotel again

Everyone we interacted with was so nice and helpful. First, the man working when we checked in was just extremely friendly, and not in a fake way - we even talked about the rock collection at the front desk. And he helped us carry our bags upstairs! (I'm not sure anyone at a Super 8 has ever done that for us!!) But then, at about midnight, we were awoken by my daughter throwing up. :( When I went downstairs to tell the (different) guy at the front desk that I needed a bag for the bedspread and that it would need to be washed immediately (even though I'd already washed it off a bit in the shower), he was so kind about it. He even helped with info about where we could go to get medicine for her at such a late hour. And then the next morning when I went down to ask for more towels, he was still there and he asked how my daughter was doing!

The service staff is kind, the carpet on the ground is my favorite color, but the cleaning is very clean, the price is reasonable, the location is very convenient from the national park!

I arrived after a thunderstorm had knocked out the power to this side of Holbrook. The Desk Attendant (Alisa) went above and beyond to try to make sure I had a room and was able to check in even though the power was out (affecting the reservation computer, electronic key format machine, etc.). The power eventually came on, but all the electronic equipment took time to come back on line. Just as I was leaving to get something to eat, she ran out the door and said the key machine had come back on and she handed me a card. She was great.

A 10+ property. Clean rooms and bedding, lots of dog travelers during our stay. Not a fancy breakfast but good enough.....away from the highway so very quiet. Extremely quick check in process. There are ADA ramps on both sides of the building.
