"The hotel far exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, peaceful, full of plants and rustic. One block from the sea. The breakfast is very rich, it has coffee with vegetable milk, fruit juice, pancakes, fruit, scrambled eggs, cereals, granola, yogurt, bread. The dinners are also delicious; Usually there are three different dishes of your choice + salads. They are seasoned in the Mexican style and the quantity is very good. We also understand that the next reservations will be without dinner. Everything is very well organized by Víctor and Óscar. They have a super friendly treatment with all guests and are very helpful, both for doubts/queries regarding the hotel as well as tours or things to do on the island. We left very happy. We would return to the hotel because the stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it if you decide to go."

Fizeram-nos a estadia inesquecível e vamos voltar sem dúvida, mas em regime tudo incluído porque o buffet de comida e jantar é muito variado e temático. Recomendo-o amplamente!!!!! "Room was nice, design is cute. Unfortunately really noisy depending on the room you get. There’s several bars nearby and some you can hear everything until 2 am. Some rooms are quieter though. Location is good if you like to go out. If not then you’re just in the epicenter of noise. Cleanliness was good but they never came to clean the rooms/fill up water/take the trash. Staff was nice and helpful."

"Experiência desagradável no HM Villas Palapa del Mar. Apesar de uma reserva confirmada 5 meses antes de duas camas, o hotel tentou impor-nos uma cama simples à chegada. O pesadelo logístico continuou no dia seguinte: Obrigado a embalar os nossos negócios e a armazená-los na recepção. Quando voltou a excursão às 13h, a sala não estava pronta. Depois de nos termos pedido para voltar uma hora mais tarde, tivemos mais 40 minutos de espera. Completa a falta de respeito: estavamos na piscina justo diante do quarto e vimos que nenhum pessoal entrou nele durante toda a nossa espera, por isso o quarto estava vazio enquanto nós fizemos esperar inúteis. Uma gestão de reservas inadequada e um pessoal de recepção que não tem muito profissionalismo. O quadro não compensa esse serviço. Passe o seu caminho."

Only one problem: upon arrival, they gave me the wrong room and only told me that there was an error in my reservation on the part of the app and that, based on what I had paid, that was the room I was entitled to. I showed them my reservation; I had paid for something better with a king bed (it said so in the description of my reservation). They replied that they didn't have another room and that they could change it for me the next day…"

"Expensive compared to the room; it looks nice but it isn't. The room is charmless, very basic, and doesn't even have any furniture. The mattress is on a cement base, and there's not even a table, chair, or armchair to hang clothes on. They invested as little as possible in the room and the hotel. Only two rooms have an ocean view. The restaurant is pleasant, a bit pricey, and the food is good. It's nice and right on the beach. I don't recommend it for families with children because there's no space for them to play. It's a quiet, small place. There's a terrace with a pool and a nice view."
