Here are the pros and the cons
Pro
Location is amazing
Room size is big
In house dinning is cheap
Cons
The reception staff was a bit aggressive and seemed untrained.
The gym was in a pathetic condition
The hotel is a bit dated, both rooms were sad !
Conclusion
Even if the place is old people can make it refreshing .. this hotels needs to train its staff to be more soft / less aggressive and make them understand we are not coming to a guest house - it’s a hotel !!

We had a lovely stay here. Rooms excellent and family pool quiet and clean. Great location near river and beach. Staff were all really wonderful. Cam on.

Super schönes Resort mit Privatstrand u kostenlosen Shuttlebus nach Hoi An. Haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, Anlage sehr gepflegt, wunderschöne Aussicht, beim Zimmer Riverside. Wir waren 5 Tage da u am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. Der Strand sehr sauber u gar nicht überlaufen. Wasser perfekt zum Baden. Die Damen von der Rezeption sehr freundlich, höflich u hilfsbereit. Würden immer wieder Hoi An Beach Resort wählen, um zu entspannen u der Hektik der Städte zu entkommen.

호이안에서 조용한 여행을 원하신다면 무조건 강추입니다 2개의 수영장 그리고 강 바로 앞에 바다와 해변은 조용하게 멍때리기에 최고의 장소 입니다 호이안에서는 20분 정도 거리며 조용한 휴양지를 원하시면 여기로 가세요 후문에 맛집과 술집 해변식당이 아주 많습니다 호이안만 무료셔틀이 일3회 있으며 택시도 잘 잡힙니다 다낭공항에서는 40분정도 거리입니다

今回は友人の結婚式がこのホテルで行われる関係でお世話になりました。 日本からの長旅で若干疲れておりましたが手際の良いチェックイン、長旅をねぎらう言葉と同時にサーブいただいたウェルカムドリンクは思わず飲み干してしまうほど沁みました。 今回は夕食、朝食、昼食、そしてパーティーと館内レストランを利用させていただきましたが、値段も味もバランスが取れており一言で言えば普通ですが、従業員の方の対応と異国情緒溢れる景色に海外旅行慣れしている私でも食事の高揚感を覚えました。 また滞在中も何かと声をかけていただきホテルのスタッフの皆様の、ゲストをもてなそうという一体感を感じました。 館内施設につきましては部分閉鎖や古さなどが否めないですがこの価格ですから文句の言いようはありません。 ちなみに虫の出没などはなく清掃は行き届いているかと思います。床もフローリングですのでビーチから多少の砂を持ち帰ったとて気になることはありません。 繁華街までは距離が離れておりシャトルバスが出てるとのことですが、玄関前でタクシーが常時待機と言っていいくらい(見なかった時はない)ですので移動にストレスを感じることはなかったです。 (ホテル周りにコンビニ、、というか小さいグロッサリーストア、レストラン、、そして地元の人が行く市場もあるので余程のことがないと困らないかと思います。 残念なのはミニバーにはミネラルウォーターしかないので目覚めのビールを！という時は事前に用意しておかないといけないことくらいですね。 三日間お世話になりました。

Sad to write this review but I was really disappointed with this hotel. Can see it was once a lovely place, but now is old, tired, run down and in need of a vast amount of money spent on it. We booked 2 Superior River view rooms, which smelled of damp, lights didn't work properly and were dirty. I had researched the hotel quite extensively, looking at reviews on here so thought I was getting a lovely luxurious stay. Definitely not the 4 star resort that I booked, a 2 star at most. Left after 2 days and should have been there for 6. I'm surprised that the reviews on here are all quite good, maybe we just got a bad couple of rooma.. But I doubt it. Rapidly booked another hotel nearer to the old town. Even the beach wasn't worth the stay :-( I hope someone invests as it has the potential to be lovely.

All aspects of this hotel are great. The rooms are excellent - especially seperate garden view, Riverview and ocean view rooms near second pool. (have stayed in all of these , been there a few times) All other aspects good - breakfast included, pools , adjacent beach, nearby restraunts Price up a bit at about AU$113 per night but easily worth it and obviously better the some others we paid about AU$70 per night for.
