My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in late March. The lobby and our room are very clean. Request for a room not facing the main road if you prefer not waking up to traffic noise in the morning.
Breakfast selection is limited as expected.
The family who is running this hotel is helpful and friendly but their English is very limited.
Very budget friendly if you just want a place to sleep for the night.

New and very conveniently located small hotel, minutes walk only from the historic centre of Hoi An. Immaculate room and hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The property is very clean and well maintained. Staff are extremely helpful. There are many nearby places to visit and get food. Also very close to street market.

The hotel is new and very clean.The room floor is so clean and shiny I felt it was proper to remove my shoes and walk around using the provided sandals.
The breakfast was not a buffet but was adequate with a variety of fruits and bread and a variety of scrambled eggs and omelets individually made to order.
Laundry services was available inhouse. Old town Hoi An was a 10 minutes walk. The close proximity of the hotel to Old Town Hoi An allowed us to walk back to the hotel anytime for rest breaks. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly.
I felt safe walking around the area . We extended our stay at this hotel based on its location and cleanliness.

The staff is very helpful and informative - they went above and beyond. The area is quiet. We were able to have a good night rest after a whole week of traveling.
The only thing is I can't stand the strong smell of lemongrass. Hotel will need to reconsidered this especially for foreign tourists.
