We had a comfortable 2-night stay at Hoianoi Villa during our trip to Hoi An. Chị Mai is very friendly and attentive who quickly responded to our inquiries, making us feel welcome and appreciative. The room is fully equipped and room service was prompt, thorough, and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the Champa-style decor of our room, which beautifully blended old and new elements, creating an impressive and elegant atmosphere while staying there.

We loved this property! It was a stunning boutique hotel with excellent service. Mai arranged for a driver to pick us up at the Da Nang station and she met us immediately upon arrival. I had written in my booking request that we welcomed any local recommendations; she already had pulled multiple pamphlets and had ideas for all interests and helped us book any tour we wanted. She and her staff provided amazing customer service and were very kind and communicative. Being born and raised Hoianese, she was an invaluable part of our visit. We really enjoyed the area as well, it was in a quiet, local part of town next to restaurants but within walking distance to the markets and bars. She’s just outside the bridge for the gates for the “Memories” show (also recommend). I hope to one day return to see Mai and her family!

The place is really special, and Mai and Family are wonderful hosts . They provided all support, kindness and so much Love ♥️ The house is beautiful , carefully designed and decorated . The service is unique . Breakfast the best one :) with special Vietnam coffee . We had the most beautiful time at HoiAn, and at Vietnam . Grateful to have been there . We highly recommend Mai’s place .

Very nice rooms, out of the centre just enough so you can enjoy a bit of a piece and quiet. Pool is amazing to cool off on those hot days.

Hoianoi villa is so lovely. The architrcture is very attractive. Here, we're having a terrific time. Nearly everything is amazing. The host is really pleasant and does all in the ability to assist us. We were extremely appreciative. Highly recommend.

The villa is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. Each room has it's own AC and bathroom. It is very close to Old Town Hoi An, so it is very convenient as well. Breakfast is delicious and the hosts are very kind. Would love to come back for another visit!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Hoi An. The villa is beautifully designed, in a quiet area, the hosts are so nice and accommodating to our large group. They also recommended an excellent tailor and leather shop in Hoi An for all our shopping needs. We had a wonderful time here and will sure come back again.

We miss this place. What an oasis of peace it was! The hostess, Mai, and her family are Hoianese. They are wonderful people and will make you feel as if this villa is your home. Mai gave us great recommendations for activities and were very helpful with booking tours and renting a motorbike. If you want to do yourself a favor, please stay here when visiting Hoi An. The design of the villa is beautiful and the rooms are just perfect. We will definitely come back here. Thank you Mai!

Beautifully designed family owned hotel with nice river view and friendly service. Located in a quieter street but easy to go to the city centre with the free bicycle provided by the hotel or walking. If you want to feel relaxed in a stylish clean place for a fair price where you really feel welcome, you should go there.
