The most Mongolian-style hotel in Hohhot, full of artistic atmosphere everywhere. Trying on Mongolian costumes brought great joy to my family and left unforgettable memories. The service in the buffet restaurant on the first floor was very enthusiastic. We got off the plane late and there were not many dishes left. The service staff specially added dishes and fruits for us. The child likes Mongolian millet fried rice, and we specially sent him a large portion of freshly fried rice. I was very moved. The people of Inner Mongolia are warm and hospitable, and the quality of the service staff of Inner Mongolia Hotel is even better. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

Hohhot Crown Plaza has given me the best service that I have experienced traveling in China. While the facilities and breakfast was wonderful with a great variety, I would like to comment all the staff were caring and thoughtful. Front, restaurant, and especially a male staff (named Daxue, forgive me if I spelled wrong) and a female staff in swimming pool helped me a lot in many ways. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel has complete facilities, rich breakfast with Inner Mongolia characteristics, milk tea and baked goods, clean rooms, and the waiter Wu Fenglian is warm and thoughtful. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

Booked this room when I went to watch a concert at Hohhot Stadium. It's about 10 minutes' walk away, so it's quite convenient to enter and leave the venue. The corner room with city view has a view of the racecourse and stadium next to it! For takeout, you can order the famous mutton Shaomai nearby, which is also delivered by a robot~
