Beautiful backdrop of the mountains with a relaxing pool.. The rooms were responsible size But no TV.. and NO SAFE.. I think that the no safe for me is a deal breaker.. Very quiet at night.. The pool was good size Unfortunately not much there for me for breakfast and the coffee was not good.. I bought coffee in town and it still didn't taste good Only liked the pancakes Staff are friendly

We got everything we wanted from the hotel: privacy, silence, beauty around (mountains and rice fields), green areas, our own recreation area, swimming pool, free bicycles.

The Papaya Bungalow & Rice Fields is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Hoa Lu District, having been recently opened in 2024.From the hotel, Ninh Binh Railway Station is just 6km away. With Mua Cave, Đầm sen Tam Cốc and Hang Múa Dragon's Cave all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area.In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.

The environment is very special, quiet and cozy, the rooms are ordinary, and the beds are soft and comfortable. The restaurant is good. Traffic is not very convenient

We arranged private transport from Hanoi hotel to Hidden Charm and the transport was punctual (early in fact). Driver was focused and safe. Check-in at Hidden Charm was a breeze, they served a citrusy warm drink that I enjoyed. Front desk customer service personnel were proactive in suggesting sightseeing spots at Ninh Binh when we asked for suggestions. Breakfast buffet was pretty standard with western bread options and Asian pho, fried rice etc. Location wise, Hidden Charm is very near the Tam Coc boat ticket booth and also offers bicycles for us to cycle to Mua Caves and where the Lying Dragon was. At the entrance to Mua Cave, there will be people trying to get you to park your bikes for a fee, typically 5k VND per bike but we found one close to entrance and charged 2k VND per bike. Our room was at the 7th floor and comes with a expansive view. The bed was comfortable and not too soft. There was also a bath tub for me to enjoy. At the end of trip, the hotel staff arranged for private transport to the Noi Bai airport at my request. Again, driver was early and ride was smooth. I enjoyed my stay at Hidden Charm and would recommend to anyone who wish to stay in a clean hotel with excellent service.

The room hygiene is poor, and it cannot be compared with the same level in China. Refer to some ordinary homestays in China. The environment is OK, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The waiter responded promptly, but when checking out, the room fee was double-calculated. The room fee had been charged on Ctrip, but the store charged it again. Because we spent a lot of money in the store, the bill was very long and it was mixed in and I almost didn't notice it. Later, the store didn't take the initiative to raise it, and we admitted to overcharging after we found out. This is very bad.

Really friendly and nice receptionist, message to check what time i will be arriving. Good location and walking distance to mua cave and scenic viewpoint. Bicycle are also free for rental and serve me well to explore the area Room was really huge and comfortable. Buffet breakfast provided is simple
