Sentimientos encontrados con el hotel, no parecía malo en fotos, están super editadas y hechas con algo de IA, sin embargo llegando alla encontramos unos cuantos problemas con la habitación, de partida que no era exactamente como se mostraba en las fotos. Tenía algunos detalles que se vuelven importantes como que no había control remoto y pasaba en más de una pieza, (me enteré cuando alegue de todo en recepción), la ducha no funcionaba correctamente, no se sostenía a la pared por lo que había que estar agarrándola, y la limpieza no fue la mejor. Hablé con el manager un par de veces por teléfono, (ya que nunca se presentó en el hotel )y luego de mucho discutir que no me iban a devolver el dinero y que pensaban mandarme a un hotel que por fotos se veía bastante deficiente de lo que yo ya había pagado, al cabo de un tiempo nos cambiaron a uno mejor en el cual no tuvimos ningún problema. Quede con sensación agridulce ya que después del mal rato se pudo llegar a una solución, que me favorecía. Cabe mencionar que si no fuera por la imágenes engañosas y los detalles que se hacían importantes, el hotel en términos generales estaba bastante bien. (salvo por el desayuno).

Very cozy central located hotel. Huge room with two huge double beds. Stylish bathroom with bathtub. Super friendly and helpful staff. They really care at every questions and needs. They gave us so helpful informations and we could even rent the motorbikes for an affordable price. We definitely recommend the hotel and hope to come back here again. Thanks to all the staff!

This is the worst place I have stayed in my life. The photos are either generated by AI or stolen from another hotel. But in reality, it's simply taken out from a horror movie. On our last night, there were rat sounds coming from the walls. We were on the last floor, in room 302 and I think the rats were stuck in the pipes somewhere. If there's one thing to keep you awake at night, it's knowing that the ceiling might brake and you could find yourself inside a rat invasion. This place should be either demolished, burnt down or shut down.

Small, nice hotel on a side street right in the center, a central starting point for all kinds of activities. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful. the rooms were sufficiently large, comfortable and very clean. We had a nice stay there.

This is a small family owned hotel in a great location. The man and wife that run the place are so incredibly kind and speak good English. They will help you with literally anything. Very clean hotel with good free breakfast. I booked for 2 nights and had to return to Hanoi abruptly to see a doctor and they refunded me for my last night and got me a bus directly to a doctors office in Hanoi. Nice if you’re traveling solo and want a quiet break from hostels or busy hotels.

Friendliest service. Excellent and super comfy rooms. Definitely best value for money in Tam Coc. Perfect location in the heart of the town but 30 second walk to the main road, which is perfect as you won't get any of the noise of the road and the nearby karaoke buses. Only downside is the steps inside the property are slippery when it rains. It's like the rooftop lets water in the steps. Other than that it's a great place and I certainly will be coming back! Thanks to Liu for making me feel at home the 3 nights I was here.
