Very friendly stuff, you live with a family in their place. The room was spacious, air cond warked good, all clothes were not wet! Food was delicious. Not far from the main activities.

Excellent stay! We really enjoyed our time here. Location is conveniently located close to Trang An boat tour and Hang Mua cave (biking distance). Food was great and host’s dog is adorable. Thank you!

What a great experience for the price we paid! The hosts were always at our service and ready to assist with any request. Once, we had an issue with an inland flight, and the gentleman at the reception promptly made a call to the airport, resolving the problem for us in Vietnamese! The property is incredibly clean and offers a fantastic pool with comfortable loungers, a billiard table, complimentary bicycles, affordable scooter rentals, and an excellent restaurant! During our stay, my girlfriend and I occupied a double room (Room 10) on the top floor. The room couldn't have been better! It was consistently clean! If you're looking for exceptional value for your money, there's no better choice in Ninh Binh than this accommodation! Thank you for the lovely time; we would definitely book again!

I stayed here for only 1 night but I really surprised about the customer service here, The managers are friendly and helpful. They always answers your questions quickly, arangge the car from Hanoi-NinhBinh- Hanoi, help me book the good driver to pick me up go to famous places in Ninh Binh and gives you useful information. The room is good but please take note about the cleanliness . But the bed is so comfortable, and the pillows are so soft that you just want to stay in bed the whole day. Please don't skip a delicious breakfast! Thank you so much for helping to make my birthdaytrip more meaningful. I would highly recommend it! From: The girl - Room number 09

I was there in February, 2023 for 2 days. The host, Tony is amazing. He helped us plan our day tours. I loved the warmth in his hospitality. He helped us arrange for a van back to Hanoi at the cheapest price. His dog, V is special! The homestay is simple and convenient. The interiors are well maintained and the breakfast is amazing. They served us homemade jam with toasted bun which was the highlight. The pool is nice to enjoy at the end of the day and also there's a snooker table for you and your friends to enjoy. There was some construction going on which I'm sure will beautify the property even more.

This is probably the first review I’ve written, effortlessly motivated by the quality of the Homestay and warmness of the family. The rooms are impeccably clean, as is the reception, pool, dinning and leisure areas. Food is great, at a reasonable price, with lots of options and even great smoothies that we loved for breakfast. The location couldn’t be better: right in the middle of every attraction. They give you a very helpful map with all the main and not so known sites when you check in and explained everything you may want to know. There are free bicycles and scooters for a very cheap price a day. This was our first week in Vietnam and Asia in general, and the family helped us with absolutely everything, we felt safe, kind of at home :).

This is such a wonderful homestay! The area is beautiful and close to the mountains. The family is really kind and helpful. There are bikes that are free for guests and scooters for rent. The little restaurant is open all day and has good pho. I highly recommend this stay!
