Dear Ms Tu, and Team @ NhatHa2, When I got into the room I was pleasantly surprise you had arranged extra towels and put in 601 room for me. So sweet ❤️! So thoughtful 🫶! This is so professional and top Service 👍🏻! This is the reason why I had been with NH Hotels 🏨 since day one when NH1 opened I stayed there. Later on since NH2 opened, I moved to NH2 …. And I never change hotel. I stay with NH only. Over the years, I’ve recommended all my customers switched from Q5 to NH The feeling and the Service staying in NH is impeccable ! By now, I had been staying totally nearly 20 years or more in NH ! It’s like ❤️ my home 🏡 in Vietnam 🇻🇳! You people at NH are all so beautiful and so nice 😊! Thank you Tu and everyone @ NH2

Stayed here for 4 nights while in Saigon. Good central Hotel just one street from the Market and walking distance to the Independance Palace in District 1. Breakfast was good with a choice of Western and Asian fare. The rooms was spacious but without a window which, is common in quite a few city hotels.

Initially I was unsure what the experience would be as it was my first time in HCM as well as Vietnam in general. Have stayed mainly at international chain of hotels in my past travels so really don’t know what to expect. I chose this one being close to Ben Thanh market and good deal from Agoda. Booked the room for 3 people including breakfast and off we went. Firstly, the hotel is small and a bit old fashion but it didn’t mean it’s not good. The front desk guy is very nice, accomodating and efficient. The room is just right size for 3 adults, clean, good bathroom supplies and the breakfast is just basic but I have no problem with that. The staff are all friendly, helpful and understand english too. The location is superb, easy walk to Ben Thanh market and easy stroll to Takashimaya shopping mall and Saigon Square. I can say this hotel is recommended for those who are on a budget and for those who enjoys bargain hunting. It’s not too far from the international airport and you can easily get Grab taxis. I would like to thank the staff of Nhat Ha 2 for their hospitality throughout our stay.

I can understand the fee for late checkout, because you’re holding the room. But why the fee for early check in when the room is available ? Dead tired from 20 hours flight from America, then I had to walk around to kill time and to wait for check in time. The room is clean. The bathroom floor is flooded when taking a shower. Can’t figure that out, the the wood floor is buckling up, and looks icky. The safe deposit box is no secured to the wall. Anybody can pick it ip and walk out. Didn’t feel comfortable using it. The staffs are friendly and helpful .

The staff here were attentive, friendly and considerate. The room was small, but clean and quite fresh. The down-sides being the bed was hard, and the elevated position of the shower was awful to get into and out from. The two stand-out festers are the restaurant (and it’s view) and the wonderful positioning of the hotel to the market. I would definitely stay here again. The price and location is good.

Pros: large rooms, cold AC when needed, plenty of hot water for showers, excellent location near all major tourist attractions, good breakfast, great staff service, and very affordable rates. Cons: older hotel, limited breakfast selections (although food quality is great), terrible/tight bathroom layout, and there was a lingering "sewer" odor in the lobby & common areas (not in the rooms - thankfully). Overall, for the price, it is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The larger/more expensive signature rooms are located in the front street-facing. Whereas the mid-price, deluxe rooms in the back may have better views - although smaller.

Shower has no curtin .. so my floor was always wet

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. The staff was very rude and loud which greatly affected my stay. Moreover, I was given only one pillow per person which made for an uncomfortable sleep and the lack of a bidet shower and rain shower in the bathroom was inconvenient. One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the breakfast. The options were very limited, and the juice tasted like water, which is not what I expected from a hotel that claims to offer high-quality amenities. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers. While the location may be convenient, the staff's behavior, lack of amenities, and poor breakfast options do not justify the price of the stay. I suggest looking into other options in the area that offer a better experience and value for money.
