Lovely spacious apartment in fantastic location. Staff very attentive and great service. Excellent breakfast. It was great to have own washing machine and dryer as we stayed 6 nights with very hot weather. Great vale. Highly recommend.

此次越南西貢之行，不愉快的記憶。 不給退房，白白扔掉了4000元。 當天入住後追加一間房子馬上可以住宿，提前離開就不行。 這種公寓很普通價格貴設施差。

位置很好，在越南市區中心，吃喝見客户都方便。

I booked a room that is 1x Superior One Bedroom Suite. The room I stayed at the hotel is old, located in a good area and the customer service is excellent. The breakfast buffet has good selection. The staff spoke English and are helpful. The pool area does not have anyone there to assist even the steam room. You have to learn how to turn it on and off. The pool is less than desirable and the hot tub area is not hot. It is the same temperature as the swim pool. It felt dirty to swim in the pool and I tried it only once. The gym area is small but okay. It has most of the major equipments to get your workout completed. The rooms you have on the walk outside on get to your room so you will feel the heat and humidity of the air before reaching your room. The room is big and has a kitchen, dining and living area, a laundry room, bathroom and bedroom. We also have a patio area but didn’t go outside. The kitchen has all the equipments you need if you want to cook a home cook meal. Also, there are drinks in the room for a fee. The couch is old that there is barley any cushion and you just sunk in when you sit on it. The bedroom is a good size and the bed is firm and comfortable. The bathroom is really the bad part where there is mold around the bathtub/shower area. There is even mold around the sink and around the cabinet. Also they charge you to use the phone l to make domestic calls within ho chi minh. I would recommend this hotel for people who want the best extra space, good location on a budget. There are plenty of nicer hotel in the area for probably the same price but not the same size room. I would not probably stay here again because I would like to use a cleaner looking pool in the afternoon.

Excellent location and very helpful and friendly staff. We booked a renovated one bedroom and were pit in a two bedroom. Breakfast was a bit basic and the pool not that warm but really good value for money and a very good location. The staff were outstanding especially the front of house staff (Ms Quynh Dao, Ms Quang Tuan and Mr Truc They) and all the doormen. So helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to our flight home. We booked the 2 bed renovated apartment . The good : aircon worked well in living plus bedrooms . The staff were lovely- all of them . The place was very clean , kitchen plus laundry- we used the washing machine and dryer - free powder in reception . Breakfast was good - egg chef plus buffet - mainly Asian dishes but of course we are in Asia. Pool was great . Easy to walk to places- Saigon Square / Ben Thanh if you fancy shopping . Gardens close by - lots of restaurants and convenience stores . We used Grab a few times also - plenty of space for cars to pull into the lobby . Beds firm , linen clean and fresh . No road noise The not so good : We were on floor 10 - restricted views. Water pressure poor. The location makes this a good bet particularly if not in the city for long.

There are definitely better choices out there, the location is good and rooms are clean but that's about it. Things that let this place down are: - Breakfast was not very warm and the choices minimal, when items ran out they were very slow in replenishing - Pool and spa was very cold, most people didn't last long - Bathroom kept flooding - Correspondence with the hotel was slow and very difficult Staff were friendly but won't recommend unfortunately
