레지던스가 겉보기와 사진보다는 노후됬어요. 내방에는 벌레가 없었지만 쓰레기버리는 곳은 문열면 항상 바퀴벌레가 보입니다.
복불복이 좀있는 아파트 같고 나는 호스트가 적극적인 대응을 해주었기 때문에 연장해서 이용했어요. 일단 헬스장이 있기에 방이깨끗하면 옮길 이유는 없었음. 수영장은 외국사람이 많이 이용합니다.

정말 외관은 좋습니다 첫날체크인때도 물이없습니다 들어가기전 물을구매하시고 휴지도 더 안줍니다 돈내고 구매해야하며 청소 예매한시간때입니다 저녁 6시?? 관광온건데 그시간에 방에 있겠습니까?? 톡 답변?? 보고도 무시합니다 리뷰에 한국분 좋다했는데 음…뭘 보고 좋다한건지? 베게솜 엄청 누렇고 검습니다 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새 작렬 그래서 저흰 아에 끄지않고 풀 ㅠㅠ 소파 얼룩덜룩 청소 대충이여서 살짝빗껴나서 보였는데 부스러기 머리카락 서랍장엔 남이 입던 수영복 냄비는있으나 후라이팬 없고 서비스 완전 후짐 어떻게 첫날 인데 물도없고 물은 돈내고 먹을수있는데 휴지도 돈을내라하고 수건 엄청늦게갔다줘서 세탁기로 빨아서 섰습니다 수영장 ㅠㅠ 월요일에 소독약만 넣고 청소했는지 풀 안에 담배 꽁초에 이건 그냥 저급호텔입니다 내가 보낸 숙소중 정말 최악 한국말 할줄아는분 없습니다 저렴하게 묵기에는좋으나 서비스 별 신경안쓰시면 이용하세요 정말정말 최악인곳 일부로 비행시간때문에 하루 더했는데 ㅠㅠ 그리고 근처에 식당이 깨끗한곳이 없습니다 애들있는집은 비추천 저도 햇반에 김사서 간단히 먹고 택시타고 나가서 밥 먹었습니다 가족여행가서도 밥하고 빨래했네요 밥도 그런다치고 어떻게5일동안 더운나라에서 수건 8개만줍니까 가는날 5시에 하도 톡으로 애기하니가져다줘서 새수건 받아 사용했네요 여기는 한국 시골 바닷가민박집보다 못했네요

청결하고 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 수영장 역시 너무 좋았고, 관리자와 5분 안에 모든 연락이 가능했으며, 매우 친절하셨습니다 ☺️ 아파트 상가에 마트와 편의점도 있어 멀리까지 나갈 필요도 없습니다. 다음에 또 호치민을 간다면 다시 이 숙소를 예약할 거 같습니다 🥰🥰 한국인분들 호치민 숙소 여기 예약하세용 진짜 깨끗하구(벌레 한마리도 안나옴) 에어컨도 빵빵 뜨신물도 잘 나오구 수영장 진짜 너무 이뻐유ㅠㅠㅠㅠ ♥ 바로 뒤쪽에 또 술집 밥집 다 있어서 저녁에 나가기도 넘 좋구 숙소 위치도 좋아서 거의 다 그랩으로 3~4000원 안쪽으로 돌아다닌 거 같아용 숙소에서 조금 걸으면 현지 시장이 있는데 안에 쌀국수 진짜 너무 맛있어요 ㅠㅠ 꼭 드세욧 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 한 그릇에 2500원인데 진짜 한국에 파는 쌀국수랑 비교가 안됩니더 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 여튼 숙소 정말 좋아요 특히 저녁쯤 노을과 새벽에 뜨기 직전의 해에 비치는 호치민이 너무 이뻐요 야경도 이쁘구요 ㅠ 수영장이랑 헬스장만 보고 예약한거라 뷰는 기대도 안했는데 정말 너무 이뻤습니다 ㅠㅠ ♥ 다음에 또 호치민으로 여행을 간다면 저는 다른 곳 찾아보지도 않고 여기로 다시 예약할 거 같아요! 😤

The accommodation was great. The location is convenient for easy access to the attractions in D1. Convenience store just downstairs and local market nearby with only 5 minutes walk. I really like tropical fruit and Vietnamese food.I will choose again to stay here
