Os recepcionistas e carregadores masculinos são super prestativos e amigáveis, exceto as recepcionistas femininas, nem sequer sorriem para nós. Deixei uma sala de chaves no restaurante e eles nem verificaram e tive que pagar 150.000 vnd a piscina não pode usar o caixa eletrônico realmente decepcionado

Booking was cancelled. Trip.com said the hotel did it. The hotel blamed Trip.com Then when I pushed the hotel they said it was a third party agent they use. The hotel didn't seem to want to help. Trip.com sorted it out. However, it was no coincidence that the same room rate had now tripled within a day. Staff otherwise were good. Breakfast was good. Room was average and not worth the price. Says executive but there are no executive amenities. Not even a place to use your laptop. Has to go yo the coffee shop across the road. Tried using the restaurant when it wasn't lunch time but the AC got switched off. Pool seemed like an afterthought and shoved on the roof as there was nowhere else to put one. Obviously there were problems with water leaking as the evidence could be seen on the restaurant ceiling underneath it. Also the wooden floor in the restaurant had a lot of damage. The room itself was a decent size but obviously past problems were patched together hap hazardly in an attempt to fix things. The bath which was also used for the shower had a botched repair to a big hole in it. Should have replaced the bath. Thick silicone was used to fill gaps and looked awful. Shower door was not staying in place and just sliding open. It also let water leak out which ran across the bathroom soaking anything on the floor. The sink didn't drain properly either. Stayed in equivalent or better places for less money.

The hotel was nice and the staff were great. Friendly and very helpful. The pool is very shallow which was the only thing that did not exceed my expectations. It’s good to cool off but that it. I would stay there again

This is a very lovey hotel in District 1. The room was spacious and big. The site said the room was on the 7th floor. But we got a 4th floor room. Breakfast was amazing and even have tea time which is wonderful. It in walking distance to a lot of stuff which is a plus. Didn't go in the pool but had a great view and rood top bar was nice. Totally recommend this place.

The hotel provided my request for our anniversary and even with little surprise by the decoration. Thanks a lot team

2nd time staying at this hotel, very friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Rooms are clean and comfortable to stay in. Conveniently located near ben thanh market.

We had a very bad experience, last night. My mother and I arrived at the hotel at 11pm, straight from the airport. We were very tired, but excited to stay in the twin room with a city view, which we paid extra for. Upon arrival, we were told that our room type was not available and they refused to reimburse the difference (a significant amount of money). They took our passports off us and took advantage of us, refused a refund and gave us no other option than to stay in the room without a window. It was damp and the air was stagnant. When we checked out, they then shut the door in our face, telling us we couldn't leave the hotel, until they checked the room. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but other travellers should be aware of the fact this hotel took our money and did not provide the service they offered.

Nice hotel, worth the price. Pool were too small, but if you want to cool down a bit while have some drinks in bar - will be enough.

Amazing hotel. Staff is so friendly, attention to details. The corner suite room has a massage chair, I didn't want to leave! Nice little swimming pool to beat the heat. It's a short walk to most prime areas in Saigon, you still need to walk a little, but centrally located. The suite room is superb, pillows a bit too big for me, the only thing I would fix 😂 I will book there again!
