Go Sweet House - Rivergate Residence

Dans le même immeuble Rivergate que le concurrent TeeUp, un bel appartement très clair, ensoleillé, joliment décoré , qui offre toutes les commodités d'un excellent Airbnb, un appartement d'hôtes, grand lit, salon, machine à laver, frigo, etc... convient à une petite famille de 3 personnes !

Nice room, clean at top floor with beautiful view, comfortable bed and clean too. It’s district4 on the border of district1, and lot to see in district 4 and save, there to grocery shop and beautiful coffee shop, I’m going back for again next year .

We‘ve booked a very nice presented apartment through *********** for our last stay in Vietnam. Annie, the managerin, told us after arrival that there was supposedly problem with our payment and we should cancel the reservation and had to pay in cash. So, we did, payed and she left very quickly. After she has gone we recognised that the apartment was everything but the room we had booked. It was very worn, the courted balcony a joke, the room smelled bad, cockroaches were running around and so on. I contacted the manager and hoped to get another (the booked) apartment. What came as an answer surpasses everything I have experienced so far. I was accused of just trying to make money and shouldn’t waste her time. If I want a room 1:1 of the description, I have to book with Airbnb. These statements could not be surpassed in cheek. So we had to live with the mold in the bathroom, the critters, etc. By the way: the pool, which is why we‘ve booked one night longer to be able to use it on the day of departure (as we told her), was closed exactly on that day, like Monday every week. She didn’t told us- for sure. My conclusion: For this accommodation and its management, even one star is too much! very sad and bad experience!! Never ever again!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They put us in a different apartment to the one we booked, no access to pool or gym and the staff stopped answering calls once they had our money. We were then held in the room because we would not agree to say they gave us a refund when they only refunded less than HALF. The staff are abusive and the room was DISGUSTING. DO NOT STAY HERE.

THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The apartment looked NOTHING like it did in photos. It was very bare and there was very basic furniture. The tv did not work and the water was not hot. It was also FILTHY. There were marks all over the sink, old food on the side and a very dirty toilet seat. I noticed that the sponges in the sink were dirty and used too. We saw cockroaches on our 2nd day so left. When I contacted their staff to ask them to clean the room or give us a refund she was very rude and abusive over the phone. We left after one night and I went through my bank to get a refund. They cancelled my booking on *********** so I couldn't write an honest review and wouldn't be protected via that platform. Tracey who showed us around charged us extra when we arrived for no reason.

Advertises as Pet Friendly..after making a confirmed booking and getting confirmation via email, we were not allowed on the property by very rude security guards. I showed them our reservation and they still reacted badly. Was not able to call the manager of our booking . When he finally answered he hung up on me when I spoke in English. It was a terrible experience. We had agitated pets and many suitcases and a confirmed booking and were treated very badly. Rush hour traffic on a busy street.. dosent get much worse than This! They advertised on very bold letters PET FRIENDLY Then had the hall to notify *********** that I was a no show. Attempted to charge me for the no show! POS property

Apartments mit Service, Security, tollem Rooftop-Pool... alles war sehr gepflegt. besonders mein Zimmerservice Suong hat jedes Problem sofort gelöst, bis zum abgerissenen Hosenknopf. 1,5 km zur bui vien Touristenstrasse... 15 Minuten gehen oder 1,5€ mit dem Taxi... ich war sehr zufrieden und werde wieder hier buchen

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits à ho chi minh avant notre départ en France. Le studio est petit mais tout est bien aménager. La première chambre qu’elle nous avons n’était pas du tout conforme aux photos , il était miteux et sentait mauvais nous avons demandé de changé et la dame était d’accord c’est honnête. Concernant la propreté, cheveux par terre qui ne sont pas à nous, linge de lit pas très propre, quelques moisissures et de la poussière sur les meubles et enfin le pire un CAFARD qui se balade près de la cuisine!!! Heureusement pour nous que c’était le matin de notre départ ! Vraiment niveau hygiène horrible désolée pour ce commentaire pour la dame mais je me dois de témoigner…
