Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.

I had the opportunity to experience a memorable stay at Sonata, and here are some key impressions from my trip: 1. *Great location*: The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and major tourist attractions, making it easier than ever to move around and explore the city. 2. *Dedicated service*: The staff at the hotel are always enthusiastic and friendly. They are always willing to help and meet all customer needs with thoughtfulness and professionalism. 3. *Modern facilities*: My room is fully equipped with modern and luxurious facilities. From sanitary ware to furniture, all are meticulously cared for to bring maximum comfort to customers. 4. *Great cuisine*: The restaurant at the hotel offers delicious and varied dishes, from local specialties to international dishes. I had the opportunity to enjoy great and unique meals during my vacation. 5. *Clean and airy space*: The hotel is maintained clean and tidy at all times. I always feel comfortable and relaxed when I stay here. Overall, my stay at Sonata was a memorable and wonderful experience. With quality service, comfortable space and convenient location, I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. I will definitely be back in this hotel on my future trips. The hotel was bit far from the central district and the I felt rooms were different from pictures

We stayed in tonight staff very friendly the place is good and fair,  I will recommand to my friend and my family.

Front desk staff are not supportive and not active listening to customers. The room given was totally different from the room I booked. It was very small and no sofa or table with two chairs. No toiletteries except toothbrush. No tea, sugar and coffee. No soap. When I informed they said, there are no rooms as photos. All rooms are same. Then these photos in the Web are totally misleading and misinterpretation.. Also water is leaking from Air Conditioner. Can't use the writing table because water is dripping down to table and chair and on the floor. Trip hazards. The room is not the condition of Five star rating hotel. The good thing is Wi Fi is working very well.

Great hotel to land in HCM city and get your bearings. Affordable, two great pools. Hotel is in district 7, 20min bike from District 1 (where the action is) little shop for water and drinks helped me get used to money and value. The area around hotel is a little more industrial, so limited English in shops etc but restaurants excellent value.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff. However, initially there was no TP, shower wasn’t hot and was surprised to be charged for a bottle of water, so rated the amenities down.

At £20 per night I didn't have high expectations but I didn't expect there to be rats / mice in the ceiling. I politely raised the issue with reception and they were unwilling to provide a different room.

The place is perfect, and you can use all the amenities ... very comfortable and very cheap..
