i visited ho chi minh saigon for 4 days business trip , but i only booked 1 night because i didnt know if this hotel was suitable , when i checked into the hotel and went back to my room to rest , the room was very clean and there coffee and tea for me enjoy in the room . after staying for 1 night , i was really staisfied . the hotel breakfast also had a lot of choies , i later stayed in 2 more night again . after checking out on the third day i took the grad car to the airport , when i arrived at the airport checkin my luggage , I realized my laptop was left in the hotel lobby，i quickly called the hotel，fortunately the hotel staff helped me put it away , and then i returned to the hotel to pick up back to my laptop . fortunately i chose a hotel not far from the airport , i successfully returned to airport to board my flight country. I would like to thank a lot of the hotel staff for its service. If I come to Ho Chi Minh City for business next time, I will still choose this saigon eastin grand hotel again..

The hotel location was great and the personnel was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, especially the Asian cuisine. I really recommend going to the spa! I took the ”embrace” package and it was so relaxing. The staff was very professional and kind. So big recommendation!

Restaurant and roof top bar closes very early and you are nearly chased out when closing time is coming near. Not nice f you still have breakfast and the trolleys run over your feet.

Unexpected gem to find this hotel. We originally booked because it was hard to find a hotel around the New Year holiday, but I'm very pleased to have stayed at the hotel. Loved the room we had, the executive room with a nice walk-in closet and a separate living room. Sauna and steam room, which came in handy. 3 jacuzzis on the rooftop along with the pool. The breakfast in the morning was good. Plenty of options and the pho ga, was very good! Friendly staff and great views from my room of downtown. Executive lounge had nice options for the evening canapes. The only drawback and it's not the hotel's fault, but the hallway in our room smelled of ****. Lots of people smoking in their rooms which is not the hotels fault, but a bit of a turn-off since I don't smoke. Other than that, we would definitely stay again. Worth coming back!

The stay was awesome, great location, really central, had a party with the locals at the pedestrian walk.

Nice clean hotel with modern and spacious rooms with nice bed. Only downside is sound proofing of rooms not good, can heard people talking along the corridor. Even once got complainted from our neighbouring room that our TV is too loud though the volumn is only at 15, maybe because our rooms are connecting enabled rooms. The breakfast buffet is quite standard. We tried the dinner buffet too, also standard fair for a buffet in a 5star hotel, the cakes section has quite a wide selection n taste nice too. Only negative is the crabs n lobsters are a bit small and over cooked and some of the oystersare not fresh. But can say ”what can you expect for a 799,000++ vnd buffet”. Overall our stay is good.

Service was amazing they’ll do anything to help, rooms were nice perfect feel for an island like this. The beach was clean and nice. The only thing I would say is that breakfast was ok, not bad nor great, the quality of the food was very good (especially the croissant!) but I just think it was a bit boring, and not a big selection, especially with the hot food. But overall amazing experience, highly highly recommend!

We booked two rooms temporarily, and the cost was a bit expensive (about VND 5000K). The room was small and the facilities were relatively old. When my friend who was traveling with me was looking for a hair dryer in the room, he found rotten fruit left behind by previous guests in the cabinet. The smell was very smelly. Another puzzling thing is that there are two bathrooms, but the service staff did not tell us how to use them. The overall service of the service staff was okay, and the breakfast was normal. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not very high.

Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

Tony and Hannah was awesome during the stay! I’ve had enjoyed their breakfast, how welcoming they are and most importantly Tony cooks great scrambled eggs! 🤣 The hotel is extremely clean, house keeping was constantly given. Wide variety of breakfast with juice and water, vending machines which can solve your needs and you could even clean your laundry with their laundromat here. Payments are easy using your room card and no need to carry cash around.
