Awful food, cold and cheapest ingredients. Everyday the same things, not similar- the same if uneaten before. Staff is rude, no one can speak English. Diarrhea after every meal is normal thing. Driver of skibus extremely rude and drives out of timetable. Lack of skiroom.

Excellent stay in Erciyes Happy we booked at the Library hotel. Excellent food, personnel was super professional and paying attention. We definitely recommend The daily shuttle to the resort is great - Ski resort is wonderful, top equipment - we had a blast

Ayrıca kayak olarak bilmiyorum ama biz kızak kullandık, söyleyeceğim şey Erciyes bu konuda Uludağ'dan daha başarılı bir planlama gercekleştirmiş, hem imkanlar daha iyi hem de fiyatlar daha uygun. A small and intimate hotel. The hotel is clean, warm (a bit too much), everything is practically new (built in 2021). Staff very nice and helpful. You can count on help and information in any matter. Reception, waiters, bus driver, cleaners, ski rental manager, spa - all professional and friendly. Very good and varied food (besides Turkish cuisine grill, omelettes, pizza, sushi, etc.). Watch out for delicious cakes - there are a lot of them and you can't resist trying at least a few :) Well done to all employees and management. Minus - there are tourists from Russia (fortunately, not too many). Internet in some rooms is weak (no problem at the lobby). The nearest ski lift can be reached on foot through a tunnel under the street or by mini-bus, which is always ready. You can also make an appoin**ent for the exact time of return with a friendly driver.

I would like to share a few thoughts about the hotel. It is a facility that provides service at the borders, so sometimes you say very good and sometimes you say how strange they are. The first problem we encountered after entering the hotel was that the room type we reserved was not available after being sold in large numbers by the agency that sold the hotel located in central Antalya. A sales policy that generally appeals to Russian and Polish customers… The hotel's shortage of staff was striking, for example, as soon as we arrived, the hotel's electrician greeted us. Receptionist Mr. Osman welcomed us later. He apologized to us and said that they would give us the best room in the hotel. It was a nice room anyway, the hotel in general was clean and well-maintained. It is necessary to appreciate the brain vision of the hotel owner. On the other hand, he gave the management of the hotel to an operator every year. Most of the staff were dedicated and hardworking. Although they were a gathering team, they were trying. It was close to the ski facilities, but the shuttle company they used was rude. the meals were so so..The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Aslan gentleman in the ski room was sympathic and talkative.

The hotel is very nice, perfect position to walking and relax. Employees very kindly. Food various and good. Room are comfortable. I recommend this hotel for both summer and winter. the central area has comfortable sofas and armchairs to relax after a day out with open fireplace

Good place to stay. Calm, cosy, pleasant staff and good food. rooms are comfortable and clean with a nice view. I recommand it for any season for family, groups or sport athletes. To relax in a natural site at 2000 meters high.

Der Skiurlaub im Library ERCİYES war einfach fantastisch! Der Aufenthalt war super, das Personal äußerst freundlich und die Lage für einen Skiurlaub einfach unschlagbar. Die Pisten waren bequem vom Hotel aus erreichbar, und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Geschäftsführer Mert und Murat vom Skiverleih, die äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich waren. Ich würde es jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße Ufuk
