"Facilities: Though a bit dated, the facilities are very well-maintained. My only minor gripe was the bathroom toilet; it was incredibly small—quite possibly the smallest I've encountered in Japan—making it genuinely inconvenient to use.

"The surroundings are quite convenient, and the room size is decent by Japanese standards. There are many complimentary services offered at various times. The large public bath is also very nice. There's a washing machine and dryer for 500 yen."

"This hotel opened this year and has an excellent location, right above Hiroshima Station. It's incredibly convenient for catching JR trains and the Shinkansen, as you can just take the elevator directly to the second floor. From the second floor, you can also catch the streetcar, and just outside on the ground floor, there's a loop bus for easy access to Hiroshima's attractions.
The new Minamoa shopping complex inside Hiroshima Station is great for browsing and offers a wide variety of food options. Nearby, you'll also find Bic Camera and Fukuya Department Store.
To get to the hotel from the airport, simply take the airport limousine bus directly to Hiroshima Station; it's about a 50-minute ride."

"A great hotel in a great location. From the station to the hotel we just hopped on a no.1 tram which stopped just round the corner from the hotel and only cost 240Y per person. We quickly found the check in on the 14th floor. We were warmly welcomed and given tokens to buy a drink, so gin & tonic & beer on the rooftop it was. Lovely! Our room was a reasonable size, although no shelves for clothing, but did have a seated area so you could sit comfortably. The food here was fabulous for breakfast and dinner - More Than on the ground level. The staff there were excellent. Nice to be able to choose to eat outside watching the world go by. Check out was simple, just drop your key in a box in the lift. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Hiroshima. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Hondori Shopping Street, several malls, bars, and restaurants. It was easy to explore the city, with the nearest tram station about a 10-minute walk away, offering direct access to the central railway station and other parts of Hiroshima.
We stayed in a Semi Double Room, which was quite compact, and the bed felt a bit narrow for two people. That said, the amenities were thoughtful and well-curated. We especially liked the traditional-style bathroom, as well as the complimentary sheet masks and foot patches — a nice touch after a day of walking around the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful, as you’d expect in Japan. Overall, despite the small room, we had a good experience and appreciated the convenience and service."

"A delight to be able to stay in this wonderful property. The property is really new and still 'smells new' the highlight facilities are the shower-room next to the swimming pool and the gym. The shower-room is equiped is Dyson hair dryers and has 'unlimited towels' for use. The room is pretty large for japan standards and the parking here is a breeze. Highly recommend! Most shops and eatries are closeby and you can walk there, Donki (open 24 hours) is just about a 10-12 minute walk."

"Love the wide spread breakfast buffet but the food was a bit cold though. Great location and conveniently located so that transportation around Hiroshima was so easy. Hotel receptionists were friendly and can converse in English. The hotel is situated with a couple of department stores nearby. The Hiroshima pass was very useful as we could redeem vouchers to buy things in the department stores nearby.."

MM2319****Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new. You can check in by yourself, but it would be better with guidance from the front desk staff.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: It's located at the North Exit of Hiroshima JR Station, a 5-minute walk after crossing the pedestrian bridge. There's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very convenient.
Service: Classic Japanese service, very attentive, and they even helped me sign for a package, which was a huge help.

JJan LowHotel is not big. Room is not big but it is fully equipped. Room looks new n is very clean. Housekeeping though is every 4 days but they provide clean towels n trash bag in plastic bag n hang it at room door. All staff from parking staff, front desk n kitchen staff were all very friendly. English is adequately understood. Mechanical lift car park service is provided by hotel at ¥1000 per day. It was quite nervous to manoeuvre the car into the tight spaced garage. 2nd night, car was mechanically park incorrectly. This part was rather troublesome as the hotel had to call the car lift company to fix the error. Other parking areas nearby available too. Free breakfast at lobby is various types of onigiri, miso soup n 1 more soup (french onion/ mushroom). Location is perfect, short walk to so many restaurants, departmental store, supermarket, convenient stores. First time tried this hotel n it’s really good. Will come back/ will try out their hotels in other cities as well.

GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom and toilet were spotless, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Despite being located on a main street, it was surprisingly quiet during my weekday night stay, with minimal foot traffic and vehicle noise. Another convenient feature was the direct access from the hotel's first floor to the adjacent convenience store. Should I return to Hiroshima, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest Userwonderful place, with a traditional japanese taste! I loved everything in this hotel! The amenities were really surprising! They provide even japanese cloths to wear during the stay in the hotel! It‘s very clean and equipped with everthing you need. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a Kettle! But I wouldnt even remove one star from my evaluation! I‘d certainly stay here again when I come to Hiroshima next time! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is huge and in a great location, very convenient for getting around, and close to the airport bus stop. The room view was decent. The nearby mall wasn't very exciting though, a bit boring. It's also close to the Atomic Bomb Dome.
However, the room facilities are really, really, really outdated. The decor is old-fashioned and not suitable for young people. I wouldn't recommend it.

SSyazwan MokhtarHotel is nearby Chuden-Mae stop. I got a bigger room for the price of single room and I'm glad I got that. My friend got a single room and she could barely open her luggage. Double room has more than enough space. Very long table for work and stuff. Amenities so-so. No mineral water provided. Room has window but view was of the next building. Hallway outside rooms also had no window. No coffee machine as I recalled. But overall was still a good stay.

SshiningstatIt was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea.
Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast.
With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.

OOzYoPiczThis Hotel is fantastic and I’d absolutely stay here again.
The onsen on the top floor features a large communal bath and a sauna.
The bed is very comfortable and there’s also a mini fridge for chilling drinks.
They have a self service Laundry with separate dryers on the ground floor next to the rather unused Internet lounge.
The breakfast in the morning was very filling with a great variety of soups, salads, congee, breads and proteins.
It’s only a short stroll to Hiroshima Station for a great range of local delicacies like Okonomiyaki.
Staff were attentive and helpful speaking a little English.
Will gladly stay again. Arigato Gozaimasu!

There are no TVs in the rooms.
Towels are provided, but they look fairly well-used. (They've been dry-cleaned, so they're clean.)
There's a nearby elevator-accessible parking lot (a one-minute walk away), where the normal 1700 yen fee is 1500 yen. (You must present your parking ticket to the front desk to have it stamped by the hotel, and then show the stamp to the parking attendant in advance to receive the discount.)
Cars can only be parked here between 8:00 and 11:00, so be careful if you want to leave early.
There are many other parking lots with similar prices that aren't affiliated with the hotel.
The rooms aren't particularly clean (there's hair, etc.), but it's acceptable.
Coffee service is available at the front desk.

SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.
