Wir waren Stammgäste im Berghotel Hinterstoder und haben die Location sowie Hrn. Dr. Sedlak, Fr. Mag. Sedlak, ihre Tochter Leslie sowie die überaus herzlichen Mitarbeiter sehr geschätzt und gemocht. Unsere Tochter, die diese gastliche, urige und sehr gemütliche Haus seit ihrem 2. Lebensjahr kannte und liebte und die ihre Ernährungsgewohnheiten in Richtung vegan entwickelte, wurde vom Team des Berghotels und den wirklich kreativen Köchen in absolut perfekter Weise vegan bekocht - das Essen war so gut, dass auch die Eltern immer öfter "vegan" bestellten ... wir bedauern zutiefst, dass das Berghotel verkauft wurde (wenn ich es auch aus der Sicht von Leslie verstehen kann) und dass die gemütliche ländliche Landschaft an den Hutterer Böden nun derart zweckentfremdet, ja geradezu pervers, umgestaltet wird. Völlig falsche Architektur in völlig falscher Umgebung. Man wird an diese Worte denken, wenn die Schiregion Hinterstoder infolge derart irrwitziger, sündteurer, landschaftstötender und ökologiefeindlicher Architekturverrücktheiten - ähnlich wie einst Bad Gastein - im Morast der Geldgierigkeit versinken wird und niemand mehr an der ursprünglich so lieblichen und im besten Sinne einfachen Naturidylle Interesse zeigen wird. Der Politik dieses Ortes sei gesagt, dass kurzfristige Gewinngier immer zum Untergang führt!!! Was Fam. Sedlak betrifft, so bin ich enttäuscht, dass diese sich bei ihren Stammgästen nicht verabschiedet hat. Dr. Herbst, Wien
