We have stayed at this property before so booked again. This will be our last trip to this property! Check in was good and a friendly young man assisted us. Our room was freezing and showed 60 degrees. After 1/2 hr of trying to get it turned up, I called the front desk. The lady said to force it higher which I told her was not working!! She said she would call maintenance. Two hrs later we were freezing and had not heard a word from maintenance or the staff. Another call and a different staff member answered. He somehow checked our heat status and said it showed it was set at 60 degrees for wifi. He asked if we could force it to increase and I told him we could not. At least he offered to bring a space heater and said he would set it to 72 remotely. He also said he would have maintenance come check on the thermistat. He brought two space heaters and we started warming the room. A few minutes later, power went out in our room. Another call to the front desk and they called maintenance. It took awhile but fuse was reset and we got power. The maintenance guy came and replaced the thermostat and approx 3 hrs later, we had a resolution. The other issue that we want to note is the bathtub plug. It did not hold water for an actual bath nor did it drain fully when taking a shower. This was an incredibly frustrating stay!!! This info was shared upon checkup as well. At no time was there an offer for a discount on our stay. We will not stay or recommend this hotel ever!
