As your company knows to well, my wife and did not go, as we tried to cancel due to the wedding being off, and your company said oh how terrible but we cant give your money back, and just stole it from me and my wife, and now you want me to give you and the hotel a nice review, how I ended on your site in the first place as went through to booking .com not you! And as for Premier Inn we will never book another hotel with them again, so take this review and post it where the Sun dont shine!!

The room was very great and had clearly been recently refurbished with new furniture and lighting etc. I was served by Nana-B and Maisie, who were both fantastic and really helpful during my stay at the hotel, including check-in process and during the evening in the restaurant where they were both very polite, helpful and efficient. This hotel is centrally located in the town centre, which is great for the many restaurants and shops.

Excellent place. Stayed plenty times everytime it gets better experience. Some work going on but still well dealt with. Everything is closeby. Shopping food walking distance. The staff is very helpful. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel.. I liked everything about the hotel. The staff was very helpful....the manager is was very polite and helpful. We were early for check in but he sorted it out for us. Bless him.. will definitely go back.. will recommend all my friends too

Stayed here a few weeks ago had a fabulous Breakfast cooked by George the chef. Anjali was serving, she was a really polite and helpful young lady. Room was good just been refurbished. Will definitely stay again near to Christmas when we visit family

Have been using this premier inn twice every year as we come to visit my son' s resting place. The people at this premier inn have been amazing , all of them. This time around my friends and cousins also came and they had the same opinion! Special shout out to Vijeta, Vijay and Nana! I am definitely going to be using this premier in as my second home every time I visit High wycombe.
