Hotéis Hot spring em Heyuan

When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. She upgraded my room with a window and had a good service attitude. The hotel has complete facilities, a beautiful billiard room and a gym, which gives me good choices for leisure and exercise. The environment of the hotel is also very quiet, allowing me to relax. The price is very reasonable and cost-effective. Although the price is relatively low, the service and facilities are not discounted at all. It is really good value for money. In short, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Whether it is service, location, breakfast, facilities or price, they are all excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family~

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

It's a very comfortable hotel with a clean and nice environment. There are restaurants nearby and it's very convenient. I specially booked a room with a slide and a wave pool. All the kids, big and small, had a happy and comfortable stay. Only the hot water in the room is difficult to adjust and the water pressure is too low. Overall, I will stay again👍🏻

The whole hotel and the room are well designed with a strong artistic atmosphere. The butler service is thoughtful and considerate, and small gifts are given when checking in and checking out. The hotel has rich leisure and entertainment facilities and is suitable for family travel. The bonfire party, starry sky cinema and fireworks in the evening are very good. The children said they want to come again next time!

When I came, it was late at 22:00, and then I told the front desk. Later, I was supplied until 23:00 and there was hot spring water. It feels good.

What a surprising resort hotel. The integrated design can be used for at least three days and two nights. The service is very good, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are useful. The courtyard room I booked has an independent hot spring pool, and you can jump into the pool when you open the door. It's great. The breakfast is so rich and delivered directly to the room. It's a favorite for lazy people. There is also a coffee shop next to it where you can have afternoon tea. I will come again.

This is the second time I stayed at the Blue Grape Apar**ent in Chunmuyuan Town because I brought my elderly family here for vacation. The environment here is beautiful, the facilities are complete, there are mountains and water, the air is fresh, and it is especially suitable for a family vacation. You can soak in hot springs, there are park recreational facilities, and there are all kinds of dining options. It's a very good place and worth a visit.
