I don't even know where to start, everything is so great. The hotel itself is new, clean, the staff is responsive, professionals in their field. The director is sociable, kind, attentive, it feels like he selected all the staff for himself. Our vacation was just great thanks to all these people. Thank you very much, we will come back and I think with a bigger company.

I went this may with my boyfriend for his 19th birthday ,we stayed in one off the swim up suites and honestly was the best holiday ever the room and hotel was just beautiful so many picture spots all around the hotel and most importantly the family that run the hotel always go that extra mile they was the politest most welcoming and helpful staff I have ever come across.for example we arrived by taxi very late at night around 12-1am but we still got massive smiles at our arrival they greeted us at the taxi ans took all our bags showed us around the room ans hotel and even opened up the family run supermarket next door just so my boyfriend could get some straight cigarettes ahaha ,I was quite nervous when booking as it’s quite new so a bit uncertain but it’s the best thing I did ,I one hundred percent recommend this hotel from the amazing staff ,great food and well it’s just a stunning hotel ,I will definitely be returning and I wish the best to that family because they honestly deserve the world after they looked after us and just a extra thank you to george (hope I got the name right )but give that man a pay rise he goes above and beyond for guests.

The Galazio Beach resort was a horrible and degrading place to stay. I have never written before but the exterior of the hotel was lovely and deceiving inside the quad apartment room 47, the bathroom was horrible, the small, rusty shower had no light inside it and the badly built toilet did not allow you to sit as the sink was in the way blocking it and a broken toilet seat. As 4 young girls. the bathroom is important so upon asking the reception to accommodate, we were refused but as customers, we were willing to just settle for only a shower to use which we were also refused multiple times therefore, every time we needed to shower or use the bathroom, even for lady problems, we had to travel three flights of stairs, across the main pool, down more stairs and use the gym toilets and showers which do not have any locks. We were also refused towels multiple times and were only given 1 towel for each guest for 3+ days and we only stayed 4 full nights and a day. Moving on from this, the last day after checking out at 11 am, we went down to the gym to get ready for the day, the receptionist asked us to come back up and shouted at us as the room was 'too messy' for the cleaners. There was just rubbish to broom and chuck in the bin and the sofa was facing the wall as we were in a rush to check out on time otherwise this would have been sorted out. She explained we must help the cleaners by tidying up which we agreed to as it wasn't much to do so we went back to the room to help and when we arrived it was already done within 15 minutes. We explained this to her and she demanded we carry 2 heavy black bin bags and a towel bag down the flights of stairs, across the busy main pool, through the kitchen, outside the hotel and into the back rubbish bins. I explained this was something I could not do due to female problems and also just the fact that I was on holiday and was not meant to be taking down black bin bags in front of other guests where she explained I must pay 80 euros which I also could not as I am 18 years old and was my last day so the last 40 euros I needed to get home safely. She then said we must the floors inside and outside the hotel room instead which I also did not agree to do due to the fact that there were around 5-6 cleaners and it was not much to do at all. All other rooms had 1-2 bags of rubbish taken daily so I do not understand why they were also not asked to take out the bins. I feel as though we were targeted and taken advantage of as we were young as I firmly believe any other guest would not be asked to do this. The cleaners begin recording us including our faces so one of us begin recording showing the rubbish and explaining the situation for our safety but keeping in mind the cleaners' and receptionists' privacy and not showing their faces, just the room and floor. One of the cleaners physically pushes the girl recording and barges her with her body shouting saying not to video and not letting her inside the room just before

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I’m not sure where to start but there isn’t one thing I can complain about when it comes to the hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and happy to help. The pool beds are very comfortable and there always seems to be beds when you want one. Our room is a clean, spacious and air con works very well. My only complaint (very minor) is that our bathroom was laid out very strange. You struggle to get in the shower because the toilet is in the way. There is loads to choose from at breakfast every morning including alternative milks and fruit juices. They also can make you any coffee you’d like, hot or cold. The location of the hotel is good for the area of Analipsi and if you want to venture into somewhere with a bit more hernossisos isn’t too far and costs about 17 euros in a taxi. We ventured into Malia which is about 30 euros and we were out all day, on our way home the reception actually phoned the taxi company to make sure we were okay on our way back! Please book, I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is beautiful and all the rooms just got renovated. The swimming pool looks perfect. There is a nice restaurant right in front with a sea view and cozy atmosphere. The staff is so sweet and interested people. They made us feel at home right away and always helped when needed. Breakfast is tasty and has many options and even a professional barista to make you a beautiful and tasty cappuccino or an excellent expresso to start your day, lovely. We really enjoyed our stay there and will surely come back again. Good job Galazio! Keep it up!

The service provided was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had the room attached to the pool. The hotel is walking distance from the beach. There's also a restaurant and a supermarket attached to the hotel. There are lots of other places you can book a tour to visit.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff could not be more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - if you need advice about the local area/excursions etc. Rooms were modern and clean - with all amenities you would expect. It is worth paying a bit more for a swim up suite to have pool access straight from your balcony. The beach is a 30 second walk across the road, briliant in-house restaurant and bar. Adriana and Ilias were especially brilliant! Thank you 😊

Well where do I start ? Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Transfer from the airport took approximately 20 minutes. We arrived quite late in the evening and George on reception could not have been more friendly and helpful. He provided us with bottled water to take to our room. We opted for a swim up room and it was definitely worth it. The room was large and modern, good sized comfy bed , electric curtains and black outs. There was a kitchenette with fridge , cooker , hob , coffee machine ( no kettle ) plenty of cups , glasses plates and cutlery all hidden behind an electric roller shutter so the room still looked smart. There was a large sofa, coffee table , desk/dressing table and comfy chair. The shower was a wet room in its own little room as was the wc. Plenty of good quality toiletries , robes and slippers . Lots of different lighting options and the most user friendly and efficient remotely operated Air Conditioning unit we have ever had . Large sliding doors out onto our private sun deck with a table two chairs and two extremely comfortable sun loungers. The decking had direct access into the beautiful pool. Housekeeping were also very friendly and thorough, the bedroom and bathroom were kept in immaculate condition. We had breakfast every morning on the upper terrace with great views over the beach and out to sea. Once again the staff were so friendly and helpful. A good selection of hot and cold food, delicious made to order omelettes , beautiful fresh bread and pastries. We only ate in the restaurant one night during our stay and I have to say the food was amazing and very large portions , we had the mixed grill for 2 more like for 4 ! There is a supermarket next door that sells literally everything you need and don't need :) There is a private beach opposite the hotel with comfy sunbeds and parasols , just 5 step into the sea on the soft sand. The hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring , literally a few minutes walk into the town centre , shops , bars , restaurants , car hire next door and a lovely flat promenade takes you a long way up and down the seafront. The hotel is quite small and bijou and is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The two swim up pools are perfect with easy access steps from the main terrace as well as steps from each room. Cannot fault our stay , all the staff were amazing and the hotel is quite unique , we are going back next September , a testament to a wonderful holiday.
