Hello , I just wanted to come on here to give a massive shout out to Viola. She truly made our stay extraordinary. She made us feel so welcome and was super helpful with everything we needed . Viola although speaks little English , was amazing with our child and about making sure all our needs were met . She is the main reason we would book this hotel again . She definitely needs a pay rise ! Thank you Viola for everything you have done for us !

By the moment we arrived at the hotel,the staff was surprisingly helpful.I say this because i read some reviews from other 5star hotels in Greece and the customers were disappointed by the fact that nobody helped them with their luggages.It’s not the case here,I’m telling you we encountered guest services attendants ready to help us with the luggage.Inside the hotel they served us with a welcome drink,a fruit mocktail,delicious,paid the city tax like anywhere else you go and they showed us the room,explaining in the meantime what the resort offers.Our period of staying was September 9th till 16th 2024.I’m not sure if this is an alltime thing or not ,but inside the key card from the room we had a voucher with 10 minutes of spa massage,we didn’t use it,but i suppose it might come in handy for certain people.The ladies from the front desk were very helpful all the time,also the ladies who serve at the main restaurant.Even if it’s a suedish buffet kind they often stop at the tables asking if you need anything to drink.The pool bar is a dream,especially during the evenings when you can chill out near the pool enjoying the music and the lights.Very friendly staff there,they talk to you like they’ve known you their whole life,so it’s easy to get a connection with them,like my husband did lol.The aquadventute park inside the resort is super nice awesome both for kids and adults.everything is very clean and stunning.Last night we booked the italian a la carte restaurant and we had included one starter,one main course and one dessert per person plus as many drinks as you like.Amazing food there.You have the option for early breakfast or coffee if you wake up very early to go to a trip for example.also a late dinner.We booked a trip one day and we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm and we didn’t eat dinner so they brought a snack in our room,some fruits and some wraps with vegerables and ham ,very tasty.2 nights before our check out they left a note in our room to come check the reception and they told us that our room was upgraded so we could choose to move from a room with a sea view to a room with private pool without any additional cost.

Let’s starts of with all the positives! We stayed here for a week long, the welcoming was lovely and we had buggy’s to our room. The room and our view was beautiful. And the whole scenery of the hotel was beautiful. Amazing selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks . The service for this place was amazing too, they are all so positive and happy. The food is all cooked to good quality. They also have a mini waterpark which is great for children but also have water slides that are great for older children and adults. I personally wouldn’t visit again as the food was so lovwrlt however was basically the same range of food daily, obviously different dishes but they were all very similar so after a couple nights we ended up eating out for food as we got a bit bored. The Italian restaurant based in the hotel was very underwhelming, something i really looked forward to but was just the same food at the buffet however served nicer. The entertainment was a bit disappointing for us, however I can see how this is preference. There was not day entertainment and evening entertainment was very relaxed. So nothing to fault on it, however would be nice for some day activities e.g. water polo, darts etc. and lastly the hotel is in a lovely however there’s not a whole lot to do around the hotel so that’s why I think some daytime activities would be better. Overall is a lovely hotel and great for those who just want a relaxing calming hotel possibly older couples as we are 21 years and for a bit bored after a while.

I would love any help , we have booked to go to this hotel & stayed in many beautiful hotels all over the world . This was a last minute booking and I’m haveinh trouble we customer service as booked a double room hoping we could have single bed as I really don’t want to sleep with my mum !!!! Hotel are saying this is not possible. Anyone who has been there did you have problems with customer service ? Not a great start

Booked at short notice, wasn't expecting alot. But was pleasantly surprised, highly recommend, immaculate, 1st class friendly service by all, special mention to Kristalli, Dimitra and George for making our holiday experience unforgettable. Hope to see you next year. 😎

The hotel facilities are good and recent, but the room management is terrible. When we arrived, the room we booked was not available. They kindly upgraded us, but only for 2 days. We are on vacation and want to relax without having to pack and unpack our bags. I went to the front desck and suggested that we pay to stay in the room or in an equivalent room, and I asked for a discount. The inflexible manager did not offer a fair discount and denied the possibility of keeping the room. As for the food, it is pleasant but not very varied, mostly pork. Breakfast in a 5-star hotel always includes the option of making an omelette to order, but not here. The staff are friendly and like to please their customers, which is something the management should be concerned about in order to win them over. In my opinion it's no a 5 stars , but in reality it's a 4 stars, I'm disappoint.

We recently returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted and had ours bags taken into reception for us, all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had chosen a swim up shared pool room and requested a specific room which wasn't available so the hotel very kindly upgraded us to a room with a private pool. The room and outside area were very nice, but I would say just a little small for a family of 4 with a little one needing a cot. Our row of pool rooms were to everything, the main restaurant, pool bar, kids club and aquapark, just a short walk to wherever we wanted to go, but because of this it was a busy walkway in front on the pool, so something to bear in mind if you're booking one of these rooms. The all inclusive while very nice, I feel lacked variety and quantity. There wasn't very much choice and sometimes it felt a little repetitive. There is food at the bar in the aquapark, this is ok, burgers, hot dogs etc. Breakfast choices were fab, there was something for everyone. The hotel and surrounding area is very clean. Cleaning staff were lovely and room cleaned daily, however our room floor always seemed dirty despite the cleaner mopping every day. I personally didn't feel comfortable walking around the room bare foot as your feet got dirty very quickly. We did also unfortunately notice mouse droppings around the top edge of our pool near to the bushes. We spent most of our time at the aquapark, this is brilliant for kids, less so for younger ones if they are a little unsure with the water, as there is so much water splashing down when climbing up the steps our little one just wouldn't go up. I can't comment to much on the main pool area as we didn't use it, only going to the pool bar for drinks, it did look busy most of the time with little shade, unsure if more parasols can be requested. The beach outside of the hotel is very small and sun beds very close together so we didn't use that beach, but the bigger beach is just a short walk away. Kids mini club girls were lovely and both of our children had a really lovely time there each night we went to the mini disco. Overall we had a lovely stay and the minor ******* wouldn't stop us from staying here again. It is a beautiful hotel in a really lovely location.

We have returned from a ten day stay at senseana. Highly recommend it as an all inclusive for families. Pros - There is a mix of nationalities so it doesn’t feel like a typical British-focussed all inclusive hotel like we have stayed at in the past - The hotel and pool is beautiful. Don’t be put off by the pool photos if you have children. The pool is full of inflatables and children in the summer holidays. - Sunbeds always available. No need to wake up early to get them. - Great waterpark for the kids with a tennis table table also. - Really good food for an all inclusive, small but plenty of variety, especially good compared to other all inclusives for vegetarians. Nutella crepes at the waterpark went down well with the children! - Lovely food at the al la carte restaurants. - Aside from reception, the staff were wonderful, at the pool bar, at the waterpark bar and in the main restaurant. So friendly and always with a smile on their face. - Amazing cocktails. All totally drinkable, again very different to what we’ve had at previous all inclusives. Lovely iced coffees at the pool bar too. - Beach right across the road. Small but never busy. Harbour wall shelters it from waves and it’s not deep either. - Chilled vibe in the evening. Really good music (think Ibiza summer chilled tunes). Sets a nice environment. Cons - We didn’t have a great experience with reception staff - but if you don’t need to get into contact with them, this won’t be a problem for you. - Photos of the classic family sea view room are deceptive. If you are fortunate you will get the one they have shown on their website. There is only one like this. Otherwise you’ll be put above a car rental shop with a small enclosed concrete balcony. Very different to what they show on the photos. Other room types I think are fine and what you see advertised is what you get. - Not hotel related but we were closely watched when looking around a couple of the local shops. They were obviously looking out for shoplifters but it made us feel really uncomfortable and we ended up leaving. On a positive note the guys running the supermarket as you leave and go to the left of the hotel were lovely! Just all the other shopkeepers were suspicious! Overall an amazing hotel and one which feels so different to the typical family all inclusives. We would highly recommend it.

Just come back from a super family holiday. We have stayed at some great hotels in crete but this one may just top them all, on the first day my kids were asking if we can come back next year. Firstly it is just a short taxi ride from Heraklion airport, i found that a private taxi transfer worked out cheaper and quicker than the holiday company transfers, the bonus being that when you arrive back at heraklion at the end of your holiday you are not queueing with a whole coach load of other holiday makers and go through quicker. We arrived early hours of the morning and were greeted with friendly staff and a welcome drink and also some food in our room, along with a gluten free snack as i had advised in advance of my diet. We had a sea view room overlooking the main pool which was lovely, great sea views and nice to chill out in but the shared pool rooms and rooms with own little pool also looked good. Hotel is very clean and modern, room service was every day if you wanted it. They restocked our mini bar each time. The room service was not intrusive at all due to the electronic system of showing if you wanted room service, the staff worked hard to come and clean when you were out rather than just fit you in on their way around, just a small thing that showed consideration. Drinks were excellent, great selection for kids and adults. Fantastic cocktails, slushies and milkshakes and mocktails. Food selection is good, I am vegetarian and gluten free so more limited choice than others but always fresh fruit and salads and an option or two for me to try. The chef also made gluten free pasta on request and talked me through the dishes. Also gluten free bread on request. For others there seemed lots of options fish, meat, seafood etc. The only point that i could highlight was that in the evenings starters and mains were not labelled (there were lots of options) and i felt that i just couldn't take the risk. One night i did ask and the head chef talked me through them all and then made me a gluten free desert as there was none available which was brilliant but i just felt like i would be a pest asking every night and labelling would just have made things a little simpler, but just a small point. We ate at the greek and italian a la carte restaurants and was easy to book and get space, again great food and they catered very well for my dietary needs even cooking gluten free pizza. Pools are great and the kids loved the slides and kids area it's a really nice set up with a great cafe as well. Pools and slides are managed by lifeguards who did police them well sorting out some troublesome older kids. There were plenty of sunbeds in the kids pool and generally in the main pool although we did hit a few days when all the beds with shade were taken very early on, staff actually did look out for people reserving sunbeds and stop them where they could but this is hard to manage.
