Ótimo ambiente, comida e atendimento. Recomendo para os brasileiros que pretendem vir. Ótima localização, o hotel é indescritível, cada cantinho mais aconchegante que o outro, muitas atividades e ambiente familiar. Super limpo. Não vão se arrepender. Konstantina

Excellent experience. The staff is amazingly warm and helpful all the time. It is a very good hotel to go with families especially with young children. Use the app a lot to keep up to date with the activities and book as soon as you arrive at the hotel all the restaurants as they run out of space. They have a wide range of products in case you have any allergies. Ask and they will always give you a solution. Activities for children, incredible slides and many pools distributed throughout the complex.

4th time that we visited the hotel. People are kind and helpfull. Room is made up each day and bottles are filled up. Sometimes the main restaurant is crowded, but I would advice to book some of the restaurants on site. + Good rooms, modern look + Good bed's + Great swimmin pools and sea area + Every day there is entertainment and good food + Good fun for family's and there is an adult area + More the enough bars to spend the night +/- I mis the mayonnaise at the maim restaurant

Everything perfect ; I was there with a tennis group and we had an amazing week. Recommended especially for tennis players. From the room to the restaurant , from the pool to the tennis courts and the service,everything relaxing and confort.

This is the most beautiful place we have been too! The staff are all so helpful and friendly and there isn’t anything they wouldn’t do to help you! With had the best time here, creating memory’s that will last us a life time❤️ Simply amazing!!! Would 100% visit again, there is something for everyone and more!

Exceptional place!! Absolutely amazing staff, beautiful and spotlessly clean rooms, WOW facilities (24hour gym, all night restaurant, water park, hair/nail salon etc!) big variety and delicious food in all restaurants/snack bars, awesome tennis courts, chic beach bars, 5* entertainment and everything one needs from an AI resort is there! We plan to visit every year from now on!!! THANK YOU for all the memories you helped us build!! Take care and see you again next year!

Amazing pillows, softest bed & we loved the people who work there. Really a luxury holiday, entertainment, sand, softest sand, earm weather & warm water, amazing!!!! We really love it. P.S. the food was overwhelming! 24/7 you'll get food. Perfect for pregnant women and any child as the personal is really friendly, commited & there were 99% families with any age of the children. Live music, every evening live singers, shows like bubbleshow, acrobatic, cabaret, greek evening & dj & kids disco. Amazing kids club, amazing kids pool, food(waffles,icecream,pancakes), amazing indoor playground. And the vegetation is fascinating. Lots of palms & trees & flowers! They smell heavenly. So before I begin cannot fault staff...extremely helpful..as is cleanliness however there are some minus points...Sun loungers most uncomfortable ever and are obviously hosed every day hence put towel down and sit. ..wet towel and bottom. Nowhere 'nice' to sit round pools..plastic garden chairs and awful over bearing music at pergola bar. No pool service. Main bar lovely but no drinks mats hence condensation drips on clothes. Also many stairs with no handrails..nigh**are for me with little balance..had enquired beforehand from tui and they said I would be fine!!! As I said staff exceptional but won't be returning...accident waiting to happen. Not 5 star in my view .

Keep up the great work, nothing was any trouble. Food was great, good drinks package. Management were constantly striving for perfection. Great weather, great views. Am very much hoping to attend next year with all the family for a great adventure.
