the hotel staff are very kind, you have a golf kart taking you anywhere in the hotel if you don't feel like walking, their sister hotel nana golden, has many activities for little kids - and you can walk there or take the gold kart the pool in your room in nana princess can be heated to any degree you wish the food at the meat restaurant was also very good

We have just enjoyed a week at this fantastic hotel. The location is perfect. The staff are all incredible and the food is exceptional. Breakfast each morning is either buffet or a la carte set at the top of the hotel , overlooking the bay. We have just rebooked for May 2025.

Second time in this fantastic, modern design, luxurious hotel. Everything is perfect: the service, very friendly and helpful staff; clean, great rooms with private pools and nice restaurants with very good food. And a very nice sand beach with a lot of distance between the tents with 2 beds and sofas and a table, where you can order drinks and food. Nice infinity pools and a pool bar. Again a super experience!

After staying in many excellent 5 star hotels over the years, we did not think we would find one which could outclass them all in terms of accommodation, service, food and facilities, but Nana Princess is unbeatable. A wonderful week in paradise.

We had a wonderful week at this superb hotel. We were looked after from start to finish by the most polite and attentive staff. A big thank you to Angeliki Vourlidaki, our Guest Relations adviser, who recommended and arranged some delicious evening meals at Harakas and Nikos the Fisherman’s together with taxi transport. We were spoilt with choice and considerate advice for both food and wine at the restaurant’s Eternal Blue and Meet in point. The Spa was the best we have sampled so far for its range of trea**ents and facilities. We will be back! John & Jo

The staff are superb! Particularly Maria on reception who went above and beyond to help us with any issues. Our hotel room was very comfortable, as one would expect from a hotel of this standard. We were disappointed that there were only 2 English channels available on the TV. Sky news and BBC news. There are a few English speaking films available on the movie channel... The private pool must be mentioned. We noted in advance that the pool would be heated to 22* and that it could be heated further upon request. The shared pools are not heated at all. We accept that we were ignorant in not understanding what 22* actually feels like. I confess, we had assumed the pool would be heated to an appropriate temperature enabling use. Be warned this is not the case. We spoke to reception who sent someone to test the temperature and it was indeed 23.5 This is not a temperature appropriate for swimming! It would have been seriously dangerous for my husband, who has a heart condition, to attempt to enter water that cold! It is €70 per day to heat the water further. We felt that what we had paid for was bed and breakfast accommodation should include a pool fit for purpose. Golf buggies are provided at all times. This means walking is not necessary if like me it is difficult! They are with you within seconds, they are silent, and they take you wherever you want to go on the hotel ground's. (And....they're free!) The meals in the two restaurants were very nice... although frankly very expensive for what they are. Perhaps a discount on restaurant prices for residents could be considered? We ate elsewhere. Breakfast is second to none! Superb, in every way. Lastly, the style of the hotel is not for me. This I appreciate is personal choice! I understand that the modern style is minimalist, but in my opinion it allows no room for character, indeed walking into the reception area I thought I had arrived at work in a large office block. Only one evening we went to the bar. A concrete structure without any style! Again, my personal opinion and I'm sure it appeals to some. I have rated my stay here as a well deserved excellent due to the attentiveness of staff who really do care about their customers!

We stayed for a long weekend in the “NANA Princess” and enjoyed every minute. It was our second time here and for sure not our last. This Hotel is outstanding! We love the architecture, everything is well thought through, but what really makes this place so exceptional wonderful …are the stuff !! Everybody is so friendly and helpful and always with a smile. Each and everybody of them gave us the feeling, that we are a whole big family! We would like to mention some: Sophia, FO & GR Manager, every wish you have - she is fulfilling it! Of course, with a big smile. Zaza, Bartender, very professional and very kind. It was a pleasure to chat with him. Last, but not least: Mihalis, F & B Manager and not less than the heart of the hotel! Big heart! He is all over the place - 24/7. Always smiling, helping, joking - amazing person !

We spent two wonderful weeks at the Nana Princess. Every wish was read from our eyes. The Nana Princess combines exclusivity and familiar personal care and thus represents a modern approach to holidays, wellness, recreation and relaxation. The facilities are of a very high standard and the service fulfils the highest expectations. A luxury hotel, but if there is anything you don't like or have a complaint about, the management takes care of it immediately. We spent a wonderful two weeks here and would also like to thank the manager Dimitri and our personal carer Angeliki. I also had my birthday here and everything was done to make not only my holiday but also my birthday unforgettable. Thank you very much, Sophie and Andreas
