Best Western Plus Diamond Valley Inn

Considero que esta é a minha segunda casa.

First time staying at this best western, transients hang out in the front and side of the location all day. They had old Refrigerators sitting outside taking up limited parking. Parking lot was flooded so you step in 4” of water when getting out of your vehicle. Now the room; sticky stuff on the floor, mold in the top coroner of the shower where condensation build up happens and they don’t wipe, sticky stuff on the office desk, the window ac unit has tons of dirt piled in the vents and isn’t cooling to temperature because the coils are neglected, long hairs attached to clean towels, dog hair (no pet aloud room) still on the ground. Tile missing grout in the restroom…this was room 102 on the first floor. In the Concierge room someone brought in leaking liquids and it’s all on the ground visible and sticky (this was the 2nd impression) I spent most of the night cleaning and sanitizing because I had two young kids with me. I do not recommend this hotel at this cost. It’s better then most hotels in the city of hemet but their service standards are not up to par and neither is the housekeepers. We skipped on the free breakfast due to negligence in room-can only assume what kitchen looks like.

作為一箇中轉的酒店 還是不錯的。 因為是帶小孩去diamond valley 所以選擇了住在這裏。這附近就兩家酒店，旁邊的一家 和這家差不多。周邊吃的也方便，大部分是墨西哥菜。 離景區很近 差不多10多分鐘。 景區還有個博物館 博物館旁邊邊還有水上樂園。酒店人員態度很好👍。 不是高檔酒店 但是住一兩晚還是可以的。 酒店帶早餐 ， 看着不錯 6點到9點。 停車免費。

Perfecto para quedarte de paso a otra destinación, muy limpio, buena atención y buen desayuno

I only stayed for a night and I prepaid and pre-checked in since I know I will be getting to the hotel late. There was plenty parking space and it’s free parking. There was a posted sign at the entrance door that they are sold out. The lady at the desk said that they are sold out but I told her I have a reservation. She gave me my room key which is just around the corner from the lobby. At first my key wasn’t working so she replaced it. When I got inside the room, I was so shocked and disappointed to see that the bed wasn’t made. I was so tired from a long drive and a long day and I have to go back and let the lady know that the bed wasn’t made and a mess. She went inside the room and saw and apologized to me. She said that luckily someone called and canceled their reservation so she’s going to give me the other room which is an upgrade to the one I originally got. The room replacement was nice and clean although the volume of the tv was a bit loud and the remote wasn’t working to turn down the volume. The free breakfast selections was very limited and wasn’t great either. The potatoes were over cooked. The waffle was good since you get to make it fresh. I wouldn’t go back to this property if I’m ever back in the area. The only good thing about the property is it’s across a shopping center.

Food was ok had to wait a long time. Items in room were falling apart. The girl at the counter was amazing

Pictures on web site looked like the king suite style room had a separate bedroom from the sleeper sofa area, which would've provided privacy for two people with one sleeping on the sofa bed, but it was just one open room. Misleading. Nice, newer, mattress on bed. Horribly thin mattress on sleeper sofa laid over what feels like a chain link fence. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Small breakfast eating area compared to Hampton Inn a block away (in Hemet, CA) for same or lower price. Bathroom door very difficult to open once closed. Key card reader on door rarely recognized card.

The staff tried to rip me off from my deposit but they failed., I won’t be going back due to the inconvenience

The experience was great starting at check in with Ahlieyah. Very courteous and very helpful.
