位置好就是最大的優點，特別對於冰天雪地裏需要拉着行李箱的遊客。 房間很小，沙發床鋪開後基本上衹剩一條過道走路。但是床還是挺舒服的。 衞生間淋浴很舒服，就是水很容易灑出來，其實衹要簡單的加一個浴簾就可以解決了。

This is my first experience of staying in a Bob W property. I was first attracted by its price and location and surprised by the highly utilised digital platform from check in to check out. Overall, you can expect Bob W to provide services similar to a hotel. They work with local partners to provide gym and breakfast and have a self-service luggage room for storing the luggage after check out, which is a surprise. There are also some additional to a hotel: a self-service kitchen and laundry is also available. With its price tag, if you decide to do a bit of laundry and cooking during your stay, it will be of great value. The interior of the room is as advertised: modern with nordic designs. The beddings and the pillows are very comfortable. I would say the pillow was the best I have had. (I stayed in five-star hotels with an extensive pillow menu and found nothing satisfactory...) You might notice there is no partition between the toilet and the shower. However, you don't need to worry about the water spilling all over the bathroom. The drain and the angle leading to the drain guides most water away efficiently. This shows their attention to details in their designs. Unfortunately, I must mention two major flaws in the cleanliness of my room, which dented the overall impression of the property. There was a leftover cotton pad from the last customer next to the cotton pad jar. Also, the toilet bowl looks yellowish. These two points might indicate problems in their quality assurance

Worth every cent to stay in Bob W Helsinki. Very friendly and quicked signed in ..every step in writing from the key password to the wi fi code. We could make use of a locker room for our bags until 22:00 while we waiting for our overnight train Love it

We had fun with all the services provided. We used a lot the shaewd kitchen as we were travelling in a group in two different rooms. Perfect location and excellent value for money! Looking forward to staying again with you!

A peaceful hotel room in a brilliant location. The room is compact, but it has everything necessary and some fun surprises. The online service and the complimentary coffee and chocolate in the room were excellent.

Is a great location close to the centre and for us the train station, clean rooms with comfortable beds and several amenities like kitchen, laundry room if you are staying for a few days or more. Highly recommend and will use next time we come over to Helsinki.

Great service and location. The room was clean, neat and tidy. Good mattresses, thick curtains, spacious bathroom. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shared kitchen which is well equipped. There are washing machines and a luggage room. Nice place in Helsinki.

They have prepared everything that a traveller needs, stay in without any worry. Kitchen was really great with all kinds of kitchenware and free tea, coffee, dairy. Laundry room is another highlight. Storage room is available before and after check out with the door pin, everything is self service, ease to plan for your trip and time. Highly recommended for everyone

I may say I just loved my experience with Bob. This place was just perfect for me, very cozy rooms I stayed days and I could get to know the city. I had the chance to walk through all the city since the location is unbelievable precise, just in the middle of the city. Thank you Bob for the little details you had in your wall, the free bag, the Polaroid camera and the little welcome message for me. Ohh the beds you feel like you are in the clouds and the soundproof from the streets is just perfect I stayed in the street view. You cannot hear the noise from the streets. Last thing, they have a shared kitchen and a place for a laundry machine while I was having my dinner and working there I could meet people who were also at Bob’s and this was very cool too since I just love to meet people from other cultures and have stories to tell. I totally 💯 recommend this place to people that like me are coming around with a friend or alone to Bob’s!
